I discovered Cost Cutters about 10 months ago. I used to go to a high dollar salon but I needed to trim my budget so I tried them out. It's easy and convenient. The customer service is customer forward without pretentiousness. They take walk-ins, which is nice since my schedule is varied. You can also make an appointment. They even offer a discount on Tuesdays. I've never been disappointed with the quality of the service rendered.

Mixed review:
I made an appointment prior to the visit. Tiffany was great with my son's haircut. I am putting 3 stars because there were two Asian staffs simply ignored me and my son's existence- no greetings, no acknowledgement of the appointment. (Tiffany was handling another customer) They just sat and chatted. After 10 minutes of waiting - I finally asked if my son would get an appointment and one of them responded "oh, I have an appointment." Well, so did I - I did not walk in. It was so rude. Thankfully Tiffany was ready to take my son and she did an awesome job. I am not sure if we would come back, though, based on today's experience.

Amazing place to go to. Jennifer was amazing! She always checked to make sure I liked something and took the time to discuss what I wanted my hair to look like. She's super sweet, would recommend going here

I have now had two haircuts with hairstyling. I enjoyed the experience. Mimi is very talented. She makes me feel like she is my own special hair stylist. She takes her time, and she makes sure every hair is cut precisely, and I have a lot of hair. She is not afraid to thin it. I really appreciate this kind of care.

WE LOVE TIFFANY! She cuts our whole families hair and she is so sweet and patient and understanding with my daughters! She always does an amazing job which is extra incredible because of how bouncy and wiggly they are.
