I placed an order online for a hookah as a gift. I got a call about an hour after I placed the order saying that the one I ordered was actually sold out but they would send me photos of other ones available close to the one I was looking for. I found the stem and the base in some photos ( and mind me…the gentleman sent me ALL the blue hookahs in the store- much appreciated) I was a little complicated trying to change the base and the stem from different pieces to make it to what I liked and wanted! He was quick to follow up and text me options asap. I decided to use the remaining credit/ price difference to throw in some flavors and charcoal etc. 100% appreciated the wonderful customer service and would 500% buy from here again!

Roshan and the team are helpful. They have my favorite brand of Shisha (AFZAL) with lots of variety and flavors and they are the only ones in the USA who carry these flavors. I have been ordering flavors from them for 3 years and they have never disappointed me. Fast Delivery, range of variety of flavors and accessories for Shisha. Excellent customer service. Texas Hookah is definitely the spot to go to for all your hookah needs. They have such a great selection from inexpensive to expensive styles and brands.
CJ helped my wife and I in our first time hookah and was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything about how to care for the hookah to even how to pack the shisha.
Definitely recommend going here for any and all hookah related questions or purchases. They also have such a great selection of shisha to choose from and have plenty of different deals.
