After a long and complicated story, Texas Diagnostics solved our problem, and knocked it out if the park by taking care of our whole problem (and it wasn’t even THEIR FAULT OR ISSUE in the first place; once again, they’re just a 3rd party but handled it as if it was their own!!! So so RARELY do you have a company (let alone a company that was the 3rd party involved) that takes accepts total responsibility from the get-go… and this includes several emails, voicemails, and phone calls from more than one representative of their company following up with up us to make sure that everything was handled seamlessly!!!! I would not hesitate to do business with TEXAS DIAGNOSTICS again!!! I am writing this review because I WANT TO, and would highly recommend this company ?!!!!

Recently spoke with Ashlynn Casimir in customer support with Texas Diagnostics to handle a shipping change for some lab work and she went above and beyond what I have ever experienced in customer support.I couldn't be happier with how helpful and genuinely nice she was to me after a stressful day. People like Ashlynn can change your day from an awful one to a great one.It means so much when dealing with a company's customer support when they have someone like her that's both excellent at their job, but also shows that they truly care about solving any issues you may have and then go out of their way to make sure you're happy before ending the call.Thank you Ashlynn and Texas Diagnostics for helping me in a time of need.

Can’t get a hold of anyone in their office, they will not respond to any email, VM is full. I waited for almost 2 hours on the phone to speak to someone before my call was disconnected. Been waiting on the results of a Covid test taken on Monday 12/27, today is 12/30. Very sad how they can play with peoples lives. What a shame. My advice is do not use their services!

No lab result 7 days after testing. Testing completed on 12/28/21. Unable to leave voicemail at number provided b/c mailbox is full. No response via email. Very disappointed. More importantly, less able to make an informed decision about care/quarantine/ return to work b/c of the lack of results.

My daughter and I went on December the 29th 2021 to get tested at one of their sites for cove here it is January 3rd I still have not received my results and it's 5 days later so at this point I have already sent three emails and after the 6th time of trying to call finally was able to speak to someone for them to tell me that my results are still processing that my results will be available in 2 to 3 days so that will put at 8 days after we were tested before getting our results this is very unprofessional and they should not be processing anybody's labs because this is not something to be playing with this is People's health that is not being taken serious

I am genuinely baffled by all the great reviews about this location. I wonder if it is from "best friends or paid reviews?" Long story short: AVOID THIS LOCATION. They do not have any consideration/value for your time, in addition to poorly trained associates. Yes, I'm sorry, but you should redefine your concept of customer service and learn about the offer and demand; because you are not the only one in the industry, and STOP playing with people needs. I didn't receive any resuslts since 12.27.2021, I called twice and they just hang up the phone. I know nothing is free, and some will pay for the service. These people took photos to everyone DL and Insurance card. Whos responsible for protecting/storing customers' personal information? AVOID THIS PLACE,

Took my COVID test Dec 29, still no results and no one answers the phone. Very irresponsible of this company and who ever is in charge of these testing sites. Shame on you to leave people hanging and not provide their results. Don't waste your time, go to Walgreens or CVS if you can get an appointment there.

I received my test and results timely here in Houston. The tech name is timia
