The doctors do care and so far are great—they’re really focused on getting to the root issue and are incredibly knowledgeable.The techs are kind, the staff is nice, and billing is the absolute 9th circle of hell that seems to be focused on being your 13th reason why. Timeliness is also just not going to happen here so budget extra time on your end.If you don’t have a HSA/disposable income I’d HIGHLY recommend getting a quote from them in email first. I was told my insurance would cover a test and then had to come out of pocket $1,200–so just be forewarned—if you want to get to the island of good doctors you have to swim through the shark infested waters that is careless billing.

Every single member of the staff went above and beyond with helpfulness and kindness. Dr. Ruan has the knowledge to help us that I have long been searching for. I am looking forward to attending all the life changing programs at the Center. I know that God led us here.

Texas Center for Lifestyle Medicine is a very professional practice. I've had virtual office visits and have gone in for testing. I am annxious to get my results. They have multiple programs for better health lifestyles. Thank you, Cesar!

I started attending since I was 15, I never once had a problem. I enjoy talking to the staff because they're fill of life and enjoyment. The medical assistants always do their best to explain things to me when I am not fully understanding. Amy, Dr. Farah, Dr. Ruan, Michelle and Ashleigh, they all make me feel heard. If I had to pick a place where I know I would be in good hands, it would be Texas Center for Lifestyle Medicine.

My sister recommend Texas Center for Lifestyle medicine and I am so glad she did. I really appreciate the natural approach and thoroughness. I don’t feel rushed or just another patient when I see them.

My experience here so far has been excellent. I'm so pleased that they take my insurance (I know what a hassle that can be for providers - so thank you for going through that for the patients) and communication has been excellent as far as what to expect. Cesar was a wonderful help with my tests today - efficient, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you everyone for being accommodating!

Wonderful doctors and nurse practitioners. Focus on finding the root cause to your illness and fixing it fully! Never had any doctors like them and love all of them so much. I'm just getting started with them but have lots of hope for the plans we've made!

Impersonal check-in computer which didn’t work. Freezing, austere waiting room with loud music.Great, professional, in depth appointment, so first impression was unimportant. Appreciated doctor’s willingness to form a plan of treatment. Phlebotomist great at keeping me distracted from job at hand. Appreciated the knowledgeable check out employee. Went away with encouragement that optimum health is attainable.

if youre ready to get healthy this place can help and motivate you with that goal. What I have found is, they cover the whole person, individualized care and many different professionals i may use to jump start my goals. I highly recommend this medical practice

This all inclusive health group has been professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The frustrations I've experienced with other doctor's offices are not true of this group.Reuben, the dietician, has literally changed my life for the better.Dr Ruan was able to find a potential common cause for all of my symptoms that no other Dr had thought of.Dr Farah was able to help me immensely after my very first visit with her.Dealing with each staff member has been a breeze.When I found a Dr who takes insurance and yet tries to find root causes of health issues, focuses on proper nutrition, is knowledgeable about thyroid problems and doesn't just treat surface symptoms I felt I'd found a miracle and so far I was right!

I went to get an IV Infusion that was recommended by my N.P. and everyone was very courteous and attentive to my needs. I felt really great afterwards and felt it helped my neuropathy and fatigue right away.

Dr. Ruan was receptive, professional and spent times reviewing patient medical concerns. He spent times listening to medical history and concerns, then explained the possible root cause and medical cares. I would recommend him for medical services
