After recently moving to a new state, I found myself in need of minor maintenance for my vehicle. Coincidentally, on the day of my arrival, my mother's car faced an urgent issue that required immediate attention. Thankfully, a family member highly recommended this automotive service center.
To my relief, Mike, took exceptional care of my mother's car and promptly returned it to her. Impressed by his professionalism, I decided to entrust my own vehicle to him for the necessary maintenance. Despite his busy schedule, Mike made it a priority to accommodate my needs and ensured that my car was promptly taken care of. This level of service provided me with a great sense of ease, especially as a newcomer to a bustling city, where reliable transportation is crucial for exploring and adapting to my new surroundings.

The workers are very good but the owner or the cashier is disgusting, that man doesn't know how to deal with customer service or anything or he has a deficit disorder, what a shame someone else should manage

I'm very disappointed, I just had oil change here, and they made a mess of things. Spilled oil under hood area on a few engine parts / fan strout/ and horses so much oil that it made a mess on my garage floor from the oil spill residue that came off the engine compartment just below the fill spout. This is very sloppy and not an acceptable practice. They need further training back to Basics or fire the worker already.

Great place to get a simple oil change or even mechanic work I’ve been going to this exact location for 7+ years with multiple vehicles and the mechanics have always solved the issue, quickly too! Mike in the front is great as well he has always been very fair.

My daughter took her car in for a oil change and they didn’t put the oil top back on !!! But my husband said give them second chance well he took our van in for a oil change and we think they didn’t even touch it because a month later the dashboard says it needs mantance!!! Never going back again!! My husband made a big effort since he is on oxygen and has to drag his oxygen machine around!!!

Michael promised my car Tuesday afternoon and it was ready ontime. Recommendations for further exploring repairs were provided. Costs were acceptable. Work was proper and complete. Edit also one week ago had inspection there. Mechanic commented my lower control arms were make a "worn out" noise. Same diagnosis made by other mechanics months ago. Michael proposed repair, scheduled it and completed as promised. He will have more work done to bring suspension up to standard.

We used to come here all the time for our older car and even my family goes there. I don’t think I will be anymore after today. Needed a simple brake change. Originally told it was going to be $60 I said okay no problem then they find out what car I own, a Mercedes, and try to double charge me for a sensor that you unplug and plug right back in. $150 just for the front brakes and I’m bringing my own brakes… $150 worth of labor changing brakes. I don’t know if they have new owners or what, but that was some slimey stuff right there. Taking my car down the street to Vela’s on Scarsdale. Doing it for $40 and they have an actual shop. Not some rink a dink gas station/mechanic shop conversion.

Came in to get air in one tire the man in the office said when he is done vacuum he can give u air so I wait this man came up to my car furious and aggressive asked me what I wanted and told me I waisted his time and walked off what a way to run a business
