Yikes. Always a cop on site with their lights on. Avoid if you can. Obviously the yet unvitalized part of downtown Houston. There are locks on the cooler doors if you're trying to get a cold drink.

Hard no from me. Pulled in and homeless people descended on my car like seagulls on a French fry. They need to figure out a way to keep these businesses safe for people to use them, cause no way would I get out of my car and pump gas if I was a woman or elderly
