I discovered a ring for sale via a Google search. I emailed to ask for a photo of the ring on a sizer and I received a quick reply. Excellent customer service! I liked what I saw and purchased it online. I had peace of mind because of a 3-day return window, but I’m keeping it! Great discontinued style at a good price.

took my rolex to them for a small repair, they had it done same day and even cleaned and polished my whole watch free of charge. it looks like the day i bought it. they're great to deal with and very fair on their pricing.

As a Trustee for the estate of a relative, we needed help authenticating and placing a value on a number of jewelry pieces. Tennebaum’s made it very easy for us to complete this process. From the phone system that directed us to the correct staff member, to emails exchanged with their gemologist/buyer to set up an appointment, to our meeting at the store. The whole process was very efficient, professional and friendly. We left feeling very confident we had made the right decision to go to Tennebaum’s for our requirements.
