I am so disappointed in Gallery’s customer service. I purchased new couches 3.5 years ago and purchased the famous warranty they offer and demonstrate in store. May of 2020 stains appeared on my couches I called them and they came out and told me they couldn’t remove the stains and they would have new covers sent. I called to confirm and the service department then told me they could only help me with one cover and not both that were stained. UHM WHAT??? After a long phone call they agreed to send both. September 2020 rolls around and still no covers sent. I call them and Gloria had no clue where they were or what they delay was and then tells me she will have them sent by the following week. That next Monday rolls around and she calls me back to tell me they would be expedited from the company that same day and I would have them Wednesday the latest and she would provide the tracking number via email.No email received, so I call them back all to hear from Monica in service that the covers were never sent, they don’t use that company at all, and nothing can be expedited to me and I’ll receive them in 25 days. WHAT A RUN AROUND AND A JOKE!!!!!!!All she could do was over talk me and offer me a refund for the BS warranty I paid for!!We have only ever bought from Gallery because of everything Mac does for the community but after this we will never return!

Their furniture is made of cheap material. We originally ordered a sectional with them and noticed it was broke not long after we got it. Then they traded it for another one. We ended up paying the sectional off not long ago. But its horrible quality matetial. i wouldnt waste my money. And they will never get our business again.

I stay over 3 hours away from this shop but I located them on facebook. The delivery and setup fee was more than reasonable. I had contacted other shops in that area for delivery and they were going to charge me over $300 just for deliver by itself. The bedframe and mattress set I ordered for my daughter were the best prices I found anywhere. After everything, I still saved tremendously and customer service was excellent as well. I will be shopping with them in future.

Love love love this place! Quality pieces at a reasonable price. I have furnished most of my house from here (bunk bed w/mattresses, night stands, kitchen table and sectional). It's easy to get approved and they make sure you know exactly when and how much you should pay to finish before a bunch of interest kicks in! They deliver and offer their services to build your furniture! They are courteous, friendly and integral. I will not purchase from anyone else!

I went shopping here with my mom after we moved into our new house. My mom had a specific look she wanted to go for, and John showed us a bunch of different options that went with out color scheme/look. We ended up buying a whole living room set. Also they threw in free set up with delivery which made my mom really happy. Definitely stop by if you're looking for a painless way to pick out furniture. Thanks John!

This place has some really good deals and the furniture is good quality. It's been over 3 years now and everything is still in good condition. Plus the workers who own it are super helpful and friendly. They've always been able to help me choose pieces and arrange my payment options so they are very reasonable and willing to work with you.

Tejas Furniture was great! I saw a set online that I was interested in and they responded quickly. Answered all my questions. Furniture was even better in person. Delivery and driver were superb! All around a great experience and the price was right!

I went in here today to buy a mattress set and the owner Fay helped me through the whole process. She was super informative and recommended different prices so I knew I was getting the best deal. I even got to sample a mattress to see if it would fit my needs. They have all sorts of furniture and they deliver, please go visit! This mom and pop shop is one of the best.
