I found the ever elusive new 2024 black ZX10R on their website and called them in the morning. I spoke with Todd Coleman and he got me through the process and I want to say my finance guy was Brian. They had everything pretty much taken care of while I was on the drive from San Antonio to Houston. I was greeted and signed the paperwork rather quickly so I could get back on the road in a timely manner as I had about a 4 hour drive back home. They had the bike ready to hit the road and parked in the front showroom when I arrived. I recommend this place. I just read the recent reviews and can't speak on that because I won't be using service due to the distance; but if you look at some of them they are following a mobbing tactic with getting their friends to spam google reviews for the same problem. Take it with a grain of salt and go in and formulate your own opinion; There's always two sides to a story.

"This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a dealership. Team Mancuso Powersports Gulf Freeway is an absolute disaster when it comes to customer service. I was ignored for hours before anyone even bothered to approach me, and when they did, the staff was rude, clueless, and completely uninterested in helping. It’s shocking how little they know about their own products. The prices are outrageous—way higher than any other place I’ve been to. If you value your time, money, and sanity, avoid this place at all costs. I regret ever walking through their doors."

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs
I had one of the worst experiences ever at Team Mancuso Powersports Gulf Freeway. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited over an hour just to be helped, and when I finally spoke to someone, they acted like they couldn’t care less about my questions. The whole process felt like a waste of time. To make things worse, the prices were ridiculously high, and they were not upfront about hidden fees. I honestly regret ever stepping foot into this place. If you’re thinking about going here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

Steer Clear...go to La Marque instead. These idiots do not answer their phone. I called 16 times, then called La Marque and they answered the first ring.

These guys have it figured out, great customer service, and a great selection of Motorcycles!
I went in to look at a preowned Indian, and Todd showed me a great NEW Indian Scout.
After going through the advancements on the new model, I had to have it, and they made the entire process easy!
I rode home on my new Indian, and am looking forward to many years of fun on it!

**Incompetent Service – Avoid at All Costs**
My buddy brought his four-wheeler to this place twice, and they still couldn’t fix it. The first time we thought it might’ve been an oversight, but after the second trip with the exact same issues, it’s clear they have no idea what they’re doing. They took forever both times, only to return it with the same problems. It’s a total waste of time and money dealing with them. If you’re looking for real, professional repairs, avoid this place like the plague. Absolutely terrible service and complete incompetence!

I’ve had the same experience with this place, I would give them -5 stars if i could —they always try to shift the blame onto the customer. Honestly, we should all band together and consider a lawsuit. Ace is a local reviewer, which is why his reviews are getting attention. But what about the rest of us? When we leave negative feedback, they bury it under fake positive reviews.

This Gulf Freeway location should be Shut down !! They treat their loyal customers that bought several big purchases like Garbage! when it comes to bike service They ignore your phone calls and leave your bike sitting there for months! DO NOT PURCHASE ANY EXTRA WARRANTY it is a SCAM!! They do not honor it and will try to make you pay for the all repairs in the thousands to save a buck !! ME AND MY GROUP ARE GOING TO HARLEY DAVIDSON - TAKING OUR BUSINESS AWAY FROM TEAM MANCUSO POWER SPORT GULF FREEWAY!!

Incompetent Service - Still Haven’t Fixed My Buddy’s Four-Wheeler
My buddy took his four-wheeler to Team Mancuso Powersports Gulf Freeway TWICE now, and they still haven’t done a good job fixing it. The first time, we thought it was just a mistake, but after bringing it back again and having the same issues, it’s clear they don’t know what they’re doing. He’s been dealing with the same problems, and it’s frustrating because they take forever to “fix” it, only for the four-wheeler to have the same issues again. Total waste of time and money. Stay away from this place if you want real work done!
Very worst behaviour and irresponsible work .Don't visit this place it's all waste of time and money .

****STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE ***
I had a deeply frustrating experience with this establishment in Houston, and I feel compelled to share my concerns. DISHONEST-CROOKED-THIEVES
1. **Exorbitant Charges**: I brought in my ATV for repairs costing $12K, and they quoted me an astonishing $5K for insurance to fix a bent lower arm--without any frame damage. Also, now they are planning to charge more to the insurance This felt excessive and unjustified.
2. **Unnecessary Repairs**: They ordered parts from the insurance that I clearly indicated were not needed. Despite my attempts to communicate, they ignored my input, which shows a troubling lack of professionalism.
3. **Incomplete Work**: After waiting a month for my ATV to be completed, they attempted to charge me for work that WAS NEVER DONE, When I pointed this out, they removed the charges but still had already billed for labor on work they DIDN'T perform. This lack of accountability is unacceptable.
4. **Safety Concerns**: Upon bringing the ATV home, I discovered it was not repaired correctly. I felt unsafe taking it anywhere, leading me to return it just two minutes later.
5. **Poor Communication**: I experienced a complete lack of responsiveness when I called to address my concerns--34 calls over four hours went unanswered. If a business can't answer a single call, it raises serious questions about their commitment to customer service.
6. **Refusal of Responsibility**: When I returned the ATV for further repairs, they denied any responsibility for the incomplete work. They claimed everything was fine after their tests, despite my evidence showing otherwise. I have recorded footage from my camera at home confirming their negligence.
7. **Issues with Insurance**: Once they realized the repairs would be covered by insurance, their attitude shifted. They refused to let go of my ATV, despite offers from Harley to handle the situation efficiently. They insisted on a trade-in that felt dishonest, undervaluing my purchase and trying to sell me a new bike at an inflated price.
my experience with this location was marked by dishonesty, incompetence, and a lack of customer care. I will be reporting them to the Texas DMV and Can-Am, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business here.

Had unfortunate event of can am getting stolen while out of town for work. Worked with several Can am dealers in area. No one came close to the service at Mancuso. Turbo is the MAN! got side by side home with couple minor issues. Turbo and Mancuso had a tech at my house to fix all issues. I will do business again with this group!
