After months of searching, we selfishly don't want to give up our new found discovery of how to get a great car but for the sake of our new friends at Team Autoplex, we're obligated to out them as THE place to go. Hands down, they showed the rest how to show a vehicle and allow it to sell itself. Mitchell was a courteous, outstanding spokesman for our new (to us) gorgeous Highlander. Whether you are consigning your vehicle or buying, you simply can't go wrong by trusting these professionals to cultivate a win-win transaction for both buyer and seller. As the buyer in this deal, we walked away feeling like the true winners; however, we know the seller probably did, too, and that made this deal all the more sweet with all that extra karma piled into the transaction thanks to Mitchell and Team Autoplex.

Hands down the best auto-purchasing experience I’ve had to date. Traveled all the way from VA and the team at Autoplex was incredibly friendly and forthcoming. Mitchell and Kimberly took great care of me and made sure the vehicle I was brought had everything it needed for its trip back to VA. This is a dealer I can safely say doesn’t just do it solely for the money but for customer satisfaction first and foremost, so if you were hesitant on visiting or buying don’t be. Couldn’t have chosen a better dealer to purchase from. Not a paid review or comment just genuinely satisfied, it’s rare to find a dealer that puts their customers first and worry about everything else afterwards. Will definitely return again for my next auto-purchase.

Best service in town, i was rear ended in my jag and when i got it back it was truly as good as new , i even had one minor issue when a light came on and they fixed it no questions asked. Its my only go to spot for purchasing and service!
