I visited the shop yesterday. I dropped off my 2016 Land Rover discovery sport I was having minor issues with the vehicle overheating and my AC not blowing cold. I came to the shop because it was only a few minutes away from my house. I dropped my car off at the shop about 12 o’clock by 5 PM. I received the email from my warranty company that I can go pick up my rental vehicle which means that the gentleman at the shop moved swiftly and the customer service is great. I have been running around town trying to get my vehicle fixed and all mechanics told me it would be at least two days before they could get my car checked and my warranty company so far my experience with taylor has been good. He is super super friendly great customer service and from what I’ve seen so far trustworthy

Took my car here for an oil change and to fix my door lock actuator. Owner was transparent with what he thinks needed fixing and (I thought I only needed 2 doors fixed and he suggested all 4), and when the fix was done, he only charged me for the doors that actually ended up needing to be fixed (2 doors). Trust goes a long way in the occupation ?

Horrible customer service and work. Do not get your alignment here or anything else. Poor quality work.Got an alignment, car went left, going straight my wheel was at 2 o’clock. took it back and they told me it was ok. I asked them to align it correctly and they told me they would. They kind of fixed it and then told me there was nothing wrong. There was nothing they could do, that the car was aligned and that my tires were the issue. I ask for proof of the alignment and they can give it to me for some reason.Now I’m out 2 new tires because of really bad camber. Owner/ manager made a comment along the lines of “ not my fault, I’m not the mechanic”

Went for ac repair.. went back 4 Times just to tell me that it was totally something different and then it will be another 600+ I said no so this time they charge me $50 to check the AC again which they never charged me the other four times I had to come back!? Waisted $350 for nothing plus the last $50 they got out of me! 2015 Chevy suburban
