The staff was amazing, Carmen helped me out and set me up with all the correct supplies. This is myself and son's first time ever to try and paint a project. They gave me all the pointers on how to mix the whole 9yards. After I left I felt like I was a pro painter even though I'm not.

I am not a painter. I am a mobile detailer who is constantly challenging myself to up my game. Tasco as a supply shop suits my needs for materials needed for headlight restoration or touch up paint perfectly! But I need to say something about how Jr's patients, knowledge and concern for my profit really seem to make me very loyal to Tasco. He spends time educating me about products when he can, and he has for about a year-and-a-half now. I've gotten to the point where when I walk into that place I know what I need and I speak the language. Absolutely fantastic customer service!

I had to return to Houston because my youngest son was in a motorcycle accident. The first day out he told me to go see if I could get his phone fixed and grab us a bite to eat. As I was sitting at a light his car went pop and turned off. I went across the street and asked the gentleman that we're working at this establishment if they could please help me get my car off the road. Not only did they help me get my son's car off the road. They stood they're in this heat and struggled and did everything they could to put a Band-Aid on a broken leg so I could limp home. This place was amazing I thank you guys so very much.

The first few times were excellent. The last few times have been a pain. Started out getting some paint for a slightly older car in a rattle can. It worked out so well, I got more. Then I got more. Unfortunately the third time was not the charm, because they mixed the wrong paint. After it never drying for over a week, the parts had to be stripped and sanded....again. They replaced the bad paint they made, but that did not come close to the time spent.The last time was for newer paint ordered two different ways. Neither matched even after perfect blending. Now they claim that they can't mix small amounts correctly, but never bothered to tell me this when I bought it. I only was told this after the paint was on the vehicle and didn't match. Again had to be sanded off, but this time it caused not just a waste of time, but more area that needed to be blended. No more paint matching, even with the paint code, from here anymore. Two strikes in that department.

Tasco in Humble, Texas has the rudest guy working there. There prices are higher than other area shops and they basically are only interested in the high volume body shops. I have used them for 15 years, only as a last resort. But never again.

Seriously just had the BEST experience with Judy (wish I had gotten the other lady's name). From the moment we walked in they were friendly, knowledgeable and unbelievably PATIENT!! It has been a LONG time since I have seen great customer service. These ladies went above and beyond and did it with a smile.

I usually read reviews, BUT these guys at Tasco are second to none. JR and the other guys up there are the most helpful, kindest crew I've ever dealt with. So informative and helpful on everything I was looking for. It doesn't matter if your spending $20 or $200, it's the same quality service every time I walk in there!
