Target has always been characterized by being a very organized store and good and friendly customer service, but unfortunately it has changed in terms of customer treatment. I went two days ago to make a return, I had my receipt and the items in good condition without any use; I had paid most of it with cash and the rest with a debit card; The customer service woman was not very friendly to me from the beginning; When she returned the payment to me, she told her that I could only return it to the card and I told her that I would prefer cash, but she told me that it was impossible to give me cash and that she could only give me a gift card or return it to the credit card. I doubted that it was my receipt and secondly she was very rude when she told me that I should throw away the bag that was on her counter that it is her job to unpack the bag because she did the return process. She made me feel like I was discriminated against.

Yuck this is not target prices tags of same items 3 different prices unorgaized missing price tags items misplaced not properly labeled stores lacks the luster of a typical target .. I wanted to price match and get an entire attitude because the product looks the same yet its 1 model number off she was rude and condescending the entire checkout when he called her over for help he was awesome she was not as the store a mess unkept
not a typical top notch classic target 3rd time there never going back

The service in person and options are great, but their ability to answer the phone is unbelievably lacking, I have called 5 times after 9 AM and those calls have all gone unanswered as well as been hung up on… terrible customer service in that way.

This used to be a nice store. Now it’s Walmart 2.0. Employees will disappear if you look like you need help. Gross drinks all over the floor. Used cups all over the shelves. Unorganized and the cashiers treat you like the trash that won’t go away. Aisles are cluttered and hard to maneuver and even if you can get thru the employees just walk at you and make you move. If you want to buy cosmetics good luck. They have it all locked down and if you do need help they act like you’ve already stolen. The guy who checked us out last night wouldn’t even speak to us or acknowledge what we said til I said it three times. It’s a very unwelcoming store.We came in to buy new decor and left with one pillow and grapefruit

I don't shop to be lecture on politics. A once good retailer has decided they will push political options. Too bad but I can find what I want and need from Walmart.
