Ok I love target but this location has some rude employees. Today a Young lady that works there ran into my cart. No excuse me or apology. Kept looking forward. Just kept moving. I felt extremely uncomfortable and off guard. Told the manager Eric and he came off annoyed and bothered that I complain. And said with little care that I’m gonna talk to her. This store is so weird and left a bad taste in my mouth.
Update: talk to another lead. Wish I got his name but was so much more understanding and apologetic. I really appreciate that.

DO NOT GO AT NIGHT! There are no lights in the parking lot. It is pitch black. As a single female, I found it quite disturbing, especially once I got in my car & was able to make out random people just wandering around the parking lot. It looked like the freaking Walking Dead.
I asked a cashier what was up with the lights when I was at the self-checkout, and she said they'd been that way since Beryl. I'm not sure if she's correct, as she didn't even know what I was talking about when I first brought it up.
I tried calling the Houston Help Line & was told it was a Centerpoint issue. I called Centerpoint, and they said that a Target manager would need to call in. I'm just trying to make things safer, but okay. ? I blew up Target's phone lines - every department & even hitting '0' and NOBODY answered. I wasn't about to drive back & walk through that pitch black parking lot again. One would think that all of the businesses that are open at night would have collectively called Centerpoint & said - what's up with the lights in our parking lot/walkways?? Alas, it seems as if everyone is passing the buck.
Since Target is the main store in the center, I believe they should take the initiative to get Centerpoint out there & fix whatever the heck is wrong. Until then, I would recommend to all people to not shop after dark, as you are open prey for anyone who wants to steal your items; break into your car; even so far as be a victim of assault. It's just not worth it.
*I'll update my review once this problem is resolved.

The have most items, but don't buy any fruits of vegetables. I thought I could get away with making one stop for groceries, but the garlic they sell is old and already growing in the middle.

Disappointed service at Starbucks in this Target location. Today there is promotion which is 3$ per cup. But, I order 2 cups and pay by app. However, the lady charge me 9.45$ include Tax. Then she says only sale off for a cup and still charge full price on the second cup. This is ridiculous because they don’t do their good job. It never happens to me before!! Be Aware!!

I come in here often and there are never any baskets stocked at the front. Maybe I'd buy more things if there were baskets, just some food for thought.

Thank u for bringing the ghetto to our nice neighborhood. Probably one of the most dangerous parking lots in the area. To be avoided. Give us our Randall’s back

Went yesterday and a young black woman a Target employee near the order pickup starts slamming doors. Disruptive. Workplace violence. Disorderly conduct. This store is virtually empty. They have so few customers. And often out of 16 oz organic salad etc

Small target - not a city target, but definitely not a whole lot of variety. Low stock across the board and lacked things I saw online that I was looking for. Go to a different target if you can.

Rude and disrespectful behavers from Deretta, the lady from the customer server area. I called the 1800 number to complained about it that I went back to the store to see her name. She has no apology but bad attitude. Why this kind of people is working at customer servicer area? Target is working so hard to run their business but this kind of employee is just horrible.

My recent visit to Target for a return turned sour due to an unpleasant experience at the customer service desk. Deretta, who was seemingly training a new employee, displayed behavior that was both rude and demeaning, an unfortunate sight for any customer.
Deretta's tone towards the new employee was harsh and her instructions seemed more like criticisms than guidance. The new employee appeared visibly uncomfortable, struggling under the weight of Deretta's criticism.
Witnessing such unprofessional conduct was disheartening, especially in a role that demands empathy and patience.
Ultimately, the encounter left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. Returning an item should be a hassle-free process, yet Deretta's demeanor made it anything but. I sincerely hope that Target addresses this issue promptly to ensure that all employees are treated with the respect and support they deserve.

It’s small, but it’s super convenient. And no one is ever rude in there, everyone is happy.

The store is great - however the employees are rude. All of the 4 times I’ve been here, the employees are rude to me. The cashiers and the customer service desk? They all need to head back to hospitality training.

Diretta Simpson checked me out. No greeting. I said “I’m fine” and she didn’t say a word to me. Never said “hi”, never said “thank you”. Nothing
