This is the Worst Target I have ever been to. Their current Management is Horrible and very Rude. They are Liars and will lie right in your face. I had a Cat and Jack Return in which I have never had issues at other Stores and even at this same Store in the past but my recent visit was a total nightmare. The Manager who would not give me his full name and identified himself as the Manager said the Policy for Targets is not to accept Cat and Jack Returns without a tag or receipt which is totally False. After listening with the rude Manager I kindly took my clothing items and went to another local Target and made my Rerurn with no questions asked. I feel the Manager at the Meyerland location is very unprofessional. I am really thinking about a Lawsuit against this location because of the way I was Treated unfairly and Lied to by management. QUOTE UN QUOTE!!!

I concur with Lance B review regarding management specifically the manager he has pictured named Analycsa. I had a cat and jack return that I was not satisfied with that I had bought less than 4 months ago and she did not even bother to look into it and she basically stated they pick and choose what they accept regarding the cat and jack policy and she did not want to exchange the item I had. She kept pointing at the wall saying that the policy was there and then ultimately left the counter without showing me where in the policy it states that they could not honor the cat and jack policy. Her demeanor was also rude and ugly, she was not helpful at all. Target please do better with the managers you have representing your company because if it is this type of woman you have, I might as well go to Walmart at least I will get better prices.

Target has the friendliness customer service reps. And such easy trouble free returns. I did not have to leave my car.

I normally like this Target but this Saturday morning I had the most annoying experience ever. There was a promo to receive a $15 E-gift card when purchasing $50 worth of home care. The cashier forgot to scan the gift card & told me that I should’ve caught it. That’s not my job.. & she was also comparing about how her stomach hurts, not my problem. So I had to go to customer service & spend 15 more minute of my time getting an issue fixed that could’ve been avoided & that the employee didn’t take accountability for.

I hadn’t visited this Target in years when I went in to return five t-shirts that I had purchased online. There was a line but another CSR came over to the other register and began to help customers thus reducing my wait time.
I returned my items with ease and then did more shopping! One of the easiest return experiences I’ve ever had. I will be returning to this location. Thank you Target!

So happy that this is my neighborhood Target store! Great service, fast with drive-up and pick-up, and safe. The ONLY downside to this Target is the Starbucks inside the store, you may get your order in 40 years and it may be right. Slowest Starbucks I've ever encountered.

Im not sure what's going on but the customer service has gotten bad.
Cashiers and managers being rude to customers is so weird to see at a Target. Maybe it's just this location?
