Purchased a consumer cellular plan. The phone dropped all calls every 2 minutes.Returned phone & purchased a I phone SE this phone stopped making calls 2 times.Returned I phone. Wasted time & money with target.Will never go to target again.

I checked online for an item I wanted to get in the electronics section and it said they have 5 available, so I go to the store and I asked the employee for it. There were none in the locked cabinet so he says “let me go look in the back” (I don’t think he actually went to look). He comes back and says sorry we don’t have any more and I said oh it says you have 5 online and he literally said “oh well I don’t know what to tell you”. As I’m walking out of the store I buy it online and place an order for pick up and it was ready in the next hour. Pathetic and terrible customer service from that individual. I love target but this location has the worst employees, so messy and disorganized, and the parking lot is always full all the way to the back no matter what time or day it is.

The whole point of doing a pick- up order is to be able to save the time that you would have spent going in the store and looking for the things you need. I have been in line for pick up orders for 30 minutes and am so frustrated by the fact that I could have just gone in, grabbed the things I needed myself and left 20 minutes ago. I’m leaving highly disappointed in target’s pick up system, questioning why they even have it if they’re not going to have your things ready when they say they will.

The new renovation to the place looks great. The layout is also great, but there is an issue on the rude workers at the ulta floor by the beauty. When I asked if I could purchase an item at that counter or go to the regular checkout. As I see they have a checkout there at the ulta floor, firstly all the workers were chit chatting with no one else doing anything and rather horse playing. However when I went to ask everybody swarm away from me. Nobody was willing to help and when I finally reached someone they had a rude attitude on where to checkout they rolled their eyes at me. After paying I felt them follow me throughout the store. From the checkout to the restroom.

I’ve never had any problem with any Target location. However, this location has the worst customer service. First time I returned an item there (a basket), I stood 35 mins in line as the return associate was also taking care of pickups and she messed up every single pick up in front of me. Then, every time I go to buy something in store that I see available on the app, sales associates either don’t find it or find it damaged on the shelves. Lastly, I ordered a 75” tv then realized it might be too big. I went to exchange it with a 70”, only 2 hours after pick up and they gave me a hard time returning it and they didn’t want to deal with the return. I had to call customer service for an hour while in store. I believe the employees at this location are rude, mean and don’t care about customers. I’d rather drive a bit to another location and get a better customer service.

It was Clean neatly organized. Bathrooms were surprisingly VERY Clean and Fresh; however, Prices are RIDICULOUSLY HIGH compared to California...same pants I payed $32.00 for cost only $12.98 in California... So I decided to take the pants back NEXT DAY. I need my few dollars...????

Just say, I have been to the Heights Target. I didn't have anything in particular. But I went straight to men's department to check out the clearance aisle. Since I didn't deal with a human, I can't speak about the service. But the layout at the grocery department was wacky. I had trouble to find single serving juices. I ended up buying the imitation juice. It costs about the same. Yikes.

2PM Saturday, October 7. Register 4. Cashier in head bands and a bun sees me get in her line, screams "MA'AM! I'M CLOSED! GET OUT OF MY LINE!" So I leave for the self-checkout, and then she opens her register as soon as I walk away. I was humiliated. I couldn't find even one available staff member to talk to about it. That's horrible customer service. Please retrain this exceptionally rude employee. I won't be back.
