I guess this was the ExxonMobil drive through car was I went through. I got the 10.00 car wash because the only difference between that and the deluxe was some rainbow ? colored soap. I don't care about the color of the soap as long as my car is clean.
I don't like that when it's time to blow dry the car it blows soap down my front wind shield and now I have streaks on drivers side.
The water rinse setting should last longer and go over the car 3 times to get all the soap off.
Other than that it was decent.

Horrible experience after coming here for over 7 years. I took my car in for a normal car wash and my plastic cover over the light of my blinker on my side view mirror was completely ripped off. Mind you, there was slight dent from before but everything was intact and had been through car washes over the last 3 years with no issues. Upon return, the person took no ownership regarding negligence and completely dismissed me. I should have seen the writing on the walls since no one goes here anymore and definitely recommend no one else going here if you want quality service.

I've taken my car here several times for a car wash, inspection, and most recently an oil change. Yes, they can be a little slow on the weekend when they are busy for the car wash and car services. They do a great job cleaning the interior and out at a reasonable charge. The mechanic pointed out my coolant and transmission fluid levels were low and recommended either taking care of both now or soon. Both were completed for a reasonable fee and much cheaper than at the dealer. I would recommend going early if you go on the weekend or just bring a book. Bring cash to tip the employees outside, it's not possible to add inside to a card swipe.

However, during my recent visit, I was unexpectedly charged an additional $20 due to dog hair in my vehicles. This extra fee was never applied before, and it left me feeling disappointed and frustrated.Moreover, one of the employees mentioned that customers who appear wealthy are targeted for higher charges, which is an unfair and discriminatory practice. As a long-standing customer, I expected fair treatment and consistent pricing.Unfortunately, these recent experiences have made me question the integrity and fairness of this car wash. I hope the management addresses these issues promptly to ensure a better experience for all customers.

I get the 44.99 deal and they always do a great job. Please take cash to tip your car cleaners, they don't have an ATM or give cash back at the register.

I got the top option ($45) which included an interior and exterior detailing by their crew after the wash. I was very happy with the results. My car looked virtually just like the day I bought it. I plan on going back for the treatment every 6months or or so.

Be aware! I bring my wife's car to " Cabanas Carwash" located 4993 W. Belfort this past Sunday btw this was the second time that I brought in the car the first time, the machine ripped off the car emblem of my wife's car and this time it happened again, they finished and dry my car and I go to inspect the vehicle and I notice that there is tree leaf's at rear windshield accumulated right on the bottom edge of the glass basically near the trunk lead. I asked Oscar "manager" if he can clean that and with a nasty attitude he responded to me saying that I have an Attituded, because I requested him to clean that area . At this moment I feel very disturb about it the way how he is handling the situation and yes I was right. When I go to check the car one of car emblem were missing on my wife's car I call today to ask about the emblem and karen cashier was patient enough and was able to find me the emblem. I also ask to speak with a manager "Oscar" requesting my money back and he refused the refund he stated the job was done already and needed to get my money back and he will not refund me the money. I will never recommend this place with such a horrible service from this people this type of business don't deserve an opportunity in this market specially in this difficult times with recession economy. No matter if you pay basic Service" $19.99 which is not cheap at all the most expensive this place it's not worth it.. stay away from this place oh I forgot I call the main line today to talk to Oscar's supervisor Debbie and when she answer the phone she sound's irritated and never gave an opportunity to make a report and was extremely rude and she said a manager will contact me and hung up the phone on me Very Bad..
