I want to give a shoutout to Monique Harper for her amazing service at the lab. She was so kind and understanding, especially since I get really nervous around needles. Monique's friendly attitude helped me relax and feel comfortable throughout the whole process.Her gentle approach and words of reassurance made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. It's clear that Monique really cares about her job and the people she helps. She went out of her way to make sure I felt okay, and I left feeling grateful for her expertise and kindness. If you ever need blood drawn, I highly recommend Monique—she's the best!Thank you, Monique, for making my visit to the lab such a positive experience. You're awesome!

Dr. Jamis Crooms is unprofessional and a scammer. I went in for a physical, the website to schedule appointments did not offer me anything other than comments on what I’d like to be addressed. I paid a $20 copay and the AIDE (not sure of her title) was the only one I saw, all she did was take basic information. The aide told me I only scheduled for an office visit but she would check to see if the physical could be today. When the aide informed her that I did not intentionally schedule an office visit, I overheard Crooms unprofessionally telling the aide saying “okay and? She reschedule.” I was in there for not even 5 minutes and never saw a doctor. I knew it was a mistake to even TRY a Kelsey-Seybold doctor. Absolute joke of doctors and clinics associated with the Kelsey-Seybold name. Not to mention scammers. Why would I pay a $20 copay for an aide to take my name down then pay another $20 for physical?? It was my first visit to that doctor but she should NOT be in the healthcare profession.
