Very poor customer service. There are other Ethiopian grocers nearby who have excellent customer service. I will never go back to this store!

Okay ! Let’s be honest. The worst and the most rude people under the sky ( from business aspect) they are just a trash. !!! Zero manner . Zero respect . For those people doing a grocery shopping at this place , remember you’re giving them a business, you’re paying their rent, utilities and feeding their family . So you deserve a respect!! . Otherwise, don’t do it . Unless you respect yourself and your hard earned money , those people do not respect you !!

Tana used to be my place to buy Injera and other stuff but since Covid, the quality of product and service has declined. The Injeras are pepper thin and instead of 10 counts in each bag they only put 9 injera's so WATCH OUT people!!! They are CHEATING innocent customers !!!! If you still choose to buy from them make sure you count in front of them. I am done with TANA and moving on with one of the best and only Maru grocery in the town???
