UPDATE: I've now received an email from the office about a past due payment when, again, I cancelled everything last month & even contacted corporate to cancel. In response to the response - I know it takes time to process. When I called corporate, those changes had never been put in at all & the phone agent finally began processing things for me.
I had never had an issue with State Farm until I had to use an in-person agent. I bought a new car and it took weeks of me calling regularly to get my vehicle updated with Tamara's office. I moved and changed my renter's policy address last month and that was never updated. I cancelled both auto and renters on the 13th, and they only processed my auto cancellation, even though I confirmed three times both policies were cancelled. When I could finally speak to a corporate agent, that's when I was able to get anything changed, but my address STILL was not updated an entire month later, even though I had called with the new one and emailed it. I will never return to State Farm after using Tamara as my agent. And no, I don't want anyone reaching out to me to fix things. I'm fed up with trying to talk to y'all.

I have had a time with all the storms and craziness happening in Houston lately and of all things my home insurance was due to cancel. One of the best decisions I made was working with Tamara and her team. Not only did they get me a great policy for my home I was able to lower my car insurance and use the extra funds to add more into my families life policies. When I say they are the best it’s an understatement. Thanks for your knowledge and expertise!!!

I needed full coverage auto insurance, and my daughter referred me to Darion Roquemore at State Farms. Darion was very professional. I called him from the dealership on a Sunday, his day off, and he had Tamara Thompson go into their office to assist me with full coverage insurance while I was at the dealership. Her customer service was great, and she was also very professional. She explained my policy to me, and she spoke very clearly. I did my research before I finally decided to go with State Farms for my auto insurance, and by far, they quoted me the cheapest rate. So thank you, State Farms!!!!!!!!!
