Store manger and employees not want to do my oil change because I arrived before they closed (store was open, says it was still open on store website and on google), I had to beg manager and employees multiple times and I even told them that I would buy air filters and tip if they did the change. Eventually they did the oil change but it took longer for them to accept the service than it did for them to actually do it. I was the only customer present too the shop was dead. Terrible customer service. Paper says they checked my tires and other fluids and none of that was performed either. Wouldn’t recommend

I visited Take 5 on May 13th & was asked if I was there for an oil change. I replied “yes” and I continued to ask about the prices, I showed them a coupon. The three men I encountered all worked on the car, and was being attentive though it was some miscommunication. It was slow around 7Pm, I was the only car there and these guys helped me out A LOT. I’m blessed, grateful, & just a girl! So thank you all for understanding, For how hard you worked and how you showed me grace this day, they definitely deserve the praise, I didn’t get their names but ?? God bless.My engine light went off and I’m so happy with the service!

On May the 8th 2024 I came to this location at 7:00pm to request an oil change. The gentleman who greeted me told me that there were no filters for my car so they wouldn’t be able to assist me. I asked if I come back tomorrow will the filters be available. He replied no and give it a week and they will be available. I headed to the location near NRG Stadium and they too mentioned there were no filters but if I bring my own filter they will be glad to do the oil change. There’s an Auto Zone near the first location I went to so I got the filter. I returned to the OST Take 5 location and asked the same gentleman who turned me away that I have a filter so my oil change could be handled. It was 7:45pm and he replied no because they were closing soon. There was only 1 car being worked on and 3-4 employees. I was disappointed but told myself that I would comeback in the morning. I asked the gentleman who assisted me on May the 9th if they were out of filters because I brought my own. He replied no the at they always have ample stock. The integrity of the worker I encountered on May 7th was disappointing. He just didn’t want to work and was 100 percent dishonest. The corporate office should be aware of this as well as future customers who plan to visit this location and perhaps others. Business hours are business hours and customer should always be handled with integrity.
