Waiting 30 min in the shop so far. There was no line and only 2 cars, mine being 1 of them. Slowest service I have ever received at a Take 5. Oil change itself took another 20 min. Total 50min 10X what is advertised. That said staff was polite and professional as always.

My service was great! When I arrived i was offered a bottle of water which i highly appreciated. Everyone was attentive and very helpful with answering my questions. They even helped me figure out why my parking gear kept sticking. They really made my day!
