Use to be pretty fast but the last few times I've gone it's been incredibly slow, even at off hours like early in the morning. Shouldn't take 45+ min to get an inspection done. Seems understaffed. Take 5 must stand for take 5 hours

We came to get an oil change and waited for about an 55 mins! All 3 lanes were full and all three lanes were moving at different speeds! Cars that came after us were leaving before us! Once you drive into area, you are unable to leave because cars behind you. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

I love Take 5 when they are adequately staffed and things are flowing how they should. Unfortunately it’s rarely the case when I need an inspection.
It never fails that I have to go to multiple Take 5 locations just to get a simple inspection done. It’s even crazier that I always call ahead of time to make sure that someone is on site for inspections because this isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with these locations but guess what? It goes to their call center because nobody actually answers the on site phone. There is always some issue at hand. For example, at this location, there were about 8 cars in the bay, 3 of them needing inspections & only 1 person available to do them while having to help with other tasks. The wait time was too long so we try the location on Durhamn. Even worse. I called ahead of time for this location as well but when we pull up and tell them we need an inspection, they say ohhh they left a little early today, they were supposed to be here until 3pm but left early because they felt “sick” (meanwhile, call center said inspector should be there until 8pm). They tell us to try another location. So we finally go to the location on W. gray who were able to get us in and out in less than 10 minutes.
All in all, Take 5 is very hit or miss. If we would’ve went to the 3rd location from the beginning, I would’ve been soo pleased with my experience.

horrible experience with management. The guy that was supposed to be guarding me into the port guided me right into the wall, which I could see that I was going to hit and he kept telling me to move forward. And instead of the manager coming to assess and apologize and help this situation he came and told me that I cannot make an insurance claim because I was the one driving. Not one time did he think to apologize nor did the tech think to apologize It was actually my idea for them to my oil change. The manager Terrence completely checked out of the situation and let the other Gentleman handle me as a customer. I do not recommend this place at all. They can’t even see to help guide To hit the wall of the establishment.

Word of caution if planning day around trying to go early:
I arrived at 7:05 vs 7am opening needing to get oil changed before long list of other errands. Technician greeted me very grumpily and told me to come back at 9am because he was resetting his computers. I pressed him on that but he doubled down.
After going to a different Take 5 location, my errands brought me back by about 45 min later and low and behold the location was up and running at full capacity.

Service was quick and absolutely fantastic! Everyone working there from start to finish was extremely helpful and friendly, especially Allen who went out of his way to inform me I had a coolant leak and should get it checked out. This place even went the extra mile to offer everyone free water bottles while waiting in their cars. Will definitely be back here.

Suck, didn’t get a welcome or noting. When it came to paying, he said just wanted me to pay with out a welcome . Overall suck. Didn’t even get a receipt

Manager is joke. Told me my car only takes premium when that is not the case. Of course he tells me my car takes the most expensive oil. Never going here again.

Had my car inspection here. They said it wouldn’t hook up. My mechanic could get it to hook up. I went elsewhere and it passed no problem. My mechanic said he had never heard anything good about this place. I should have asked him before I got it done.
