I have a old car that I really care about.
He did not judge me by my car.
I recommend every one to go there the service is excellent ( what you ask they will give you that and they also do have a great price)

Came for oil change
They changed all my filters like they are helping me out
I let they didn’t close my car from below it was hanging on road all the way
How can they not close it come on absolutely disgusting
Very bad experience for an international student
Wouldn’t return any time over here
Thought this was a branded one but absolutely shit
I went back and got it done they told me everything is good now
I was leaving to sanantonio and on my way same thing happened i stopped and called them they told me , they going to ask manager to look into it
And it’s drivable without any problems
And now the under carriage is completely damaged
I don’t know what to do
Being an international student here in USA from INDIA , this is the worse experience I had to face
No response from take 5 absolutely disheartening situation for me they replaced saying nothing was damaged but my suspension is damaged absolutely bad service from take 5 I don’t know what to do pls help me out

I love Take 5 they always treat me with respect and give me the best deals , The Shop Manager Chris was friendly and helpful. All the employees were awesome even offered me water I really do recommend this shop .

Great speedy service.
Prices are fully transparent and no hard sales.
My air filter was also so dirty. Moiz showed it to me and asked if I want to change it. He also showed me the new clean one.
They also topped off my window washer fluid.

Had an oil change done several months ago. Today, oil light came on and I checked my oil dip stick and to my surprise, I had no oil? Perhaps, the previous oil tech, didn't tighten the bolt or oil filter and caused the oil to leak out? Or there must be a oil leakage problem somewhere? Candace checked my oil levels and said , I had put too much oil in and that's just as bad as having to little of oil in crankcase. Candace syphoned out the excess oil and balanced out the oil to it's correct levels. . She also informed me that there was an oil leak caused by faulty oil line. Candace went above and beyond her services to help me and I truly appreciate her time. She's a true professional and an asset to Hilcroft
