Two of three lanes had cars. One empty. They put me behind one car. The other car leaves and the next two cars arriving go into empty bays and work starts on them while I’m still waiting on the car in front of me. I left.

Servic took over an hour. They did not do any of ther service checks despite claiming so on checklist. They put regular oil even though I have a high mileage vehicle. I had to remind them to check the air filter. They reluctantly pulled it out and told me it should be replace even though it was perfectly clean. I've been going here for years without any issue. I no longer trust this place. Today will be my last visit.

Not happy with my service. Not only did I pay $160 they weren’t able to remove my oil filter so they left it on and replaced the oil. They didn’t refund me and wrote a $25 discount for the next one……

The name is Take5, look at how long an average visit is. Went in 1 month later Devin is new (I guess) so I'll give him a pass- except that I don't believe he ever got the air filter cover off even though he said the air filter is clean. Edwin (MoD) couldn't find the oil filter and told us the truck is a "rebuild". All in all, I'm done with this place.Ya'll had your opportunity.

I put the guys to the test. They changed the oil, the oil filter, the air filter, and the windshield wipers, plus a state inspection was completed. They did everything very professionally and very quickly.

Pulled in at 9:10 AM with only one car ahead of me that was done at 9:20 AM. Had a reservation at 9 AM so was not in a rush at the beginning.
I was not formaly greeted until 9:45AM aside from pulling in and was already getting frustrated. That's 25 minutes of my vehicle just sitting in the service bay with nothing done to it and no gretting or water.
Finally, service started to begin at 9:50AM.
At 10:30, when I was STILL sitting in the bay, I got out of the car in frustration and had to pull an associate to tell me what the hold up was as TWO cars who came AFTER me were already done.
I only got an oil change and it was not completed until 10:50 once payment was finalized and I pulled out.
This Take 5 is more of a Take 100.
While gentlemen were never rude and stayed professional, if you're in a hurry I suggest going to an alternative location where they stick to their promised brand of quick maintenance.

The slowest!!!!!! Don’t come here. Hour wait in your car to finally pull up to be seen. Might as well go to an old school oil change place for an hour and a half service time. No thanks never again.

Put in wrong oil, did not fill wiper fluid and don't bother with an appointment, they didn't honor that either.

They almost ruined my car, they didn't put the cap on the oil panel and then my car emptied all the oil and they didn't want to respond until they saw that the police were going to call

They give one quote then change the price AFTER they complete the oil change. Now I have to change the oil they put in. I don't trust them. I paid for top of the line synthetic. No telling what they put in

This place is too slow - I could change the oil and filter faster and I am no wizard when it comes to cars. When I pulled up to this place, all 3 lanes was in use with 9 cars (3 in each lane). Since many of the reviewers claim this place is fast, I waited to see just how fast. 30 minutes later, only ONE car was done. That's ONE car in 30 minutes! At that rate, it would had taken 4.5 hours for my turn to get any service. What those running this business don't know is that they lost at least 4 customers because during the 30 minutes, 3 other cars pulled up, saw the lines, turned around and left, so I left, too.

Only 2 of 3 lanes open when I pull up. Both taken. So they put me in a line behind two other cars waiting. Which is fine, I get it, it’s busy. But after waiting 10 minutes, a 3rd car then pulls up. But instead of having him line up behind me and the others that had been waiting. They open the 3rd lane and let him skip everyone? I ask why he gets to skip everyone that’s been waiting patiently, and they won’t even look at me or respond. How do businesses in 2024 not know how to queue? 2 years I’ve been coming here for oil changes. Never coming again. Such a rude experience. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.
