We arrived during their hours of operation and the doors were locked. A lady in the furniture store walked right passed us and didn’t acknowledge that we were there. They just missed a purchase.

Very shady business practice. Lacking customer service skills. I found my last visit to your establishment that you and your partner were both extremely discourteous, impolite, rude, very aggressive, and refused to listen to our concerns and issues before you both jumped to an unfounded conclusion and refused to take responsibility for your shady business practices. You both displayed vicious, hostile, and an intimidating appearance and behavior. You both were outrageously disrespectful! I have done business with Tabs for years and had trust in your business. I will never recommend Tabs to anyone! You need to step up to the plate and stop cheating people!

They always have the best prices when I want to just go into the store and pick up instead of ordering online and waiting, and they have good customer service.

If i could i would give this business a 0 star. For poor customer service. I purchase furniture from this business back in November. I currently live in North Carolina I came to visit to houston and purchase a livingroom set I paid 1,299.00 plus 400.00 for shipping when my items arrived to North Carolina one of the items was broken i immediately contacted the business to make them aware that my living room had arrived broken I took pictures and videos and sent them to them. It has now been 4months and I have yet to get this issue resolved they have been giving me the run around since I purchased the furniture from this business. I personally came to houston today March 27, 2021 to attempt to get this issue resolved in person I went to the business when I arrived I asked to speak to the manager Once I spoke to the manager and explain to him the issue I had been having he rudely said that issue was something that should have been taken care of at the time which I attempted to but unfortunately no one had been able to assist me with over the phone. I felt so discriminated and disappointed ive purchased other furniture from this business and this had never happened with anything ive purchased before. The manager literally took a seat in his office and continued with his other tasks and rudely said he was not able to assist me to leave his business. I stood there and could not believe that this man was running a business with poor customer service.
