I had a few questions and i wanted to upgrade. The person showed no type of interest bad attitude not welcoming I guess they hate their job or something. Please find another T-Mobile store don't come here. Shut it down or find other jobs

I went to this T-mobile and my experience was amazing, specially with Deandre. If you ever go, ask for Deandre! He was super helpful and patient, looked for the best options for me. I really had an awesome experience!

I am completely satisfied with this T-Mobile location!I was helped by a young lady which I didn’t catch her name but she did mention she is from Mexico and her bf from El Salvador , she helped me and my mom get 2 iPhone 15 and an Apple Watch! We love our devices and we look forward to getting another phone for my dad and a tablet soonI went to 2 T-Mobile locations and didn’t get any customer service or attention but when I got to this location I was treated like VIP and Marvin helped finish the set up processThank you guys you have a loyal customer for life

Ariana she is the worse she gave me a jump The goal was to switch my number, but she gave me new number and she added extra line in my account she told me my bill will be $160 for 2line that was the only reason why I took the offer. If I had knew she was going to this I could have never accept it. The most annoying part every time I go to the store for her to remove this extra lines she won’t do it… so I call customer service they are even worse can you believe this girl telling me the third line is active putting me on hold to make fake call on the third line,Talking about is 713 number? the lie of this people. I never had a 713 in my whole life talking about the 713 number is active. Bro I just seen her from the App when she activated that line on her own so dishonest I am not stupid I know what she did. HOW did my bill went from $160 -$216.94 ARIANA? for two line … make that make sense.. Now it all makes sense all this bad reviews.

If I could, I would give this store 0 stars. I didn’t check the reviews before visiting the store but now I can understand them. I went in with a problem and Michael (I believe that was his name) was so dismissive and condescending it was disgusting. He was listening just to argue not listening to help find a solution to our problem. He just did a makeshift “reset network settings” and kept making condescending comments like “you’re the expert” when we were trying to explain the scope of our issue that we believed he was not addressing. He didn’t note or record anything so there is nothing to even show that we even came to the store today with an issue. I’ll be going to another store next time. I might check out the Eldridge store that many of the other reviews mentioned was much better.

TMobile store very close and am very pleased with our new phones we purchased 8 months ago. Roger was very helpful and am happy to recommend him and the store.
