WARNING; stay away from this lender as they WILL sell your loan to one of the WORST servicers in the country known as PennyMac!!! you will have a good experience while at swbc BUT once your loan is sold and xferred to PM your life will turn upside down and the ONLY option you will have is to refi to regain your sanity!!! you have been warned so dont b**** about it after the fact........
