Terrible experience, We bought a lot of parts here and the owner doesn't respect the warranty. He gives more warranty of word but in the invoice he lies to you. We will never buy parts there again.

The best salvage yard in Houston with reasonable prices and ready to work with customers. I have been dealing with them for years and they always treat customers good. 99% of the people I referred to them always come back with good reviews compared to AAA on BELLAIRE blvd with horrible and selfish prices.AAA prefer to trash their parts than selling it to customers with reasonable prices but SUPER STAR friendly staffs are ready to work with customers and give out the best.Nobody is perfect but at least they are the best compared to others.

Horrible, horrible experience! I was talking to a guy about a part that was he was selling for $25. They were selling it new at the dealership for $22 so I figured it's reasonable to negotiate it. I asked him if he would do $20 which is reasonable and not low-balling. He immediately stated that the price was $35. At first I thought he was kidding but nope, he was serious. The business should invest in people can build relationships with the customer (especially dealers) instead of just making them go away. The least that he could've done was to Tell me respectfully that he can't do that price, I would've understood but with that attitude I don't think I will come back. It won't matter to lose one customer to them but you should at least get more experienced people to work so that they can get more business for future customers. And just for your information, it was at superstar automotive in case you reply that it wasn't you. Other junkyards have WAYYYYY better customer service. So if you plan on working long term with a junkyard then I recommend you go somewhere else, if you found a cheap part for once then come here to get the part and leave, but if you're a dealer, then please save yourself the trouble and take your business somewhere else.
