If I could give zero stars I would. I have had bangs for about 8 years now, and this is the worst trim I have ever gotten. She literally just grabbed all my bangs in one hand and did a big chop across. They are horribly uneven lengthwise (shorter in the middle) and they are layered so weird. I genuinely sat in my car and cried after because they look so horrible. And it was 15 DOLLARS. A 30 second service cost only 5 dollars less than a full haircut would. Avoid this place at all costs.

Stopped to get a haircut for the first time in over a decade at this loc. No one else waiting - one stylist finishing up a customer but she nodded at me on eye contact to confirm I was next and so I sat down to wait. At no pt. whatsoever did she say it was 'required' to literally sign in, I was after all the only other customer and up next. A few minutes later another gent comes in and he decided to sign in but as I was literally up next I made no comment nor again, was there any requirement posted to do the same. Stylist finished up and as I make for the chair proceeds to tell me that I have to now wait as my name was not signed in and asked the other chap up!! Are you kidding me! Pathetic customer focus - was literally gobsmacked that she said it with a straight face - last time I will ever cross their door, too many far better options to choose from. Ridiculous and just plain rude.

The barber gave the worst haircut. She couldn’t layer my hair properly and they didn’t even dry it at the end. Never going here again.

Terrible haircut!I spontaneously stopped after work to get a haircut prior to coloring my hair this weekend (I'm responsible for the color). The salon isn't the best lit and it's my fault for not asking to see the back of my hair. The layers are longer on one side than the other. The framing layers around my face are uneven, shorter on one side. This morning blow drying and using a round brush just made things worse.UPDATE:I went to my usual stylist and she showed me that the haircut was worse than I thought. The back right section had a really SHORT uneven layer. I had to get a bob. Which is frustrating since I've been attempting to grow it out. I will find the name of the stylist and update again.

If I could give this place a zero I would. I gave the stylist a reference photo OF MYSELF so that they can have something to follow. Did not do a good job and cut far too short where you can see my scalp. Additionally while I was explaining that I did not like the hair they continued to tell me how I am wrong and that my hair looks good and proceeded to put ,unsolicited might I add, gel to my hair. Excuse me? I never told you to do that. I have to wear a helmet as I rode in on a motorcycle and it’s going to get the inside of my helmet sticky. I’ve been coming here for a couple of years and never had to deal with such nonsense. Never coming back again.

When I am back in Houston and I need a haircut, I head back to Supercuts on S. Braeswood/Chimney Rock. This time I had Aimee cutting my hair. She took her time and made sure that I was pleased with the haircut which I definitely liked. Lot's of compliments later that night from friends. Thanks Aimee!
