I have been going to this Supercuts for over 8 years, using the same awesome stylist, Elva. Always a great haircut and great conversation with Elva. Iliana one of the other managers , is pretty great also.
Requested style: Textured cut along with scissor cuts for sides and back. I have straight hair, so slightly more difficult to cut.
Stylist: Elva is my go to stylist, she is like a friend and cuts great hair and always open to my ever changing hair requests.

We moved a few years ago and stopped going to the Sheperd location, but after today, I am returning to this location, indefinitely! Elva is a great hairstylist, friendly and a true professional at her craft. Not to mention, Elva and Kelly have been at the Sheperd location for more than 15 years, which says a lot. I recommend this location.

I dont know about you but I'm sick and tired of paying a fortune for a haircut! I read the reviews and decided to brave it and try out Supercuts on 933 N. Shepard with Vivian who had gotten a good review. I am so glad I did. First of all I'm 67 years old and the haircut was $14, senior discount! I also got a shampoo and condition with Paul Mitchell products for a total of $28. I have long hair and its thick. I needed a good cut, not too blunt and not short and also contemporary not boring. Vivian showed me photos of different ways of cutting. She had me show her TWICE how much I wanted cut off. She was so careful and very personable. She has been cutting hair for at least 20 years and she is very competent. She's cool too with a gold tooth! A real sweetheart who keeps her ego out of it and whose goal is to make the client happy and relaxed. She conditioned my hair with those great products and it feels so good. She also advised me on how to keep it soft and protected from hot styling tools. A real sweetheart and very good stylist. Go to VIVIAN at Supercuts. Cannot beat the price or service. (Book online ahead and dont go on Saturdays!)

Called and set an appointment for 10am the next day. The next morning called at 9:30 am to confirm my 10 am with Elva. Showed up at 10am and was told there is 4 people ahead of me. Why set the appointment and confirm 30 minutes prior if you’re not going to keep it?? Very unprofessional!
