I'm surprised you haven't heard of this cheap-ass furniture store in NW Houston. It's kind of a big deal! I think it might actually be closed down now, sadly, because it looked kind of neglected and abandoned when I was here the other day, but early this year, and also last year and the year before, we got cheap furniture items here. Good stuff then, so I have to represent for them even though service is nothing to shout about. And even though they may sadly be gone - I'll confirm that when I can.

Horrible customer service. It’s extremely hard to ever communicate with Maria, the person in charge, & the help at store can not do anything without Maria. They wasted so much of my time.
