I am a member of suns I forgot my suns card and they where very rude , costumer service was very bad , my friend offered her card and they refused to let me use her card and instited that I payed for a temporary card which is 5 dollars and the man that was checking my groceries out had his co worker come over and they all started attacking me and being very inconsiderate and rude the whole situation was so embarrassing, I ended up leaving which was a waste of my time because I drove a hour to get there.

I had a horrible experience at this location just recently. The exploitation was shocking!! And am truly disappointed at the way things were handled by the so called manager! I usually visit this store but have never experienced what I experienced just recently. I bought a box of tomatoes (which I have always bought there) on getting to the Register to pay for my purchase I noticed the cashier took the box aside with her bare hands started to pull from the box to another , am standing there shocked because of the unhygienic situation and also why that was being done in the first place,so I asked and she says trying to get the accurate weight! Are u serious! You put the boxes out there allowing your customer to go pick it up thinking they have the right weight and bring it up to you only to watch you rummage thru their good with the bare hands they have been using to touch everything else because as per manager’s words they are trying to make another box of tomatoes?! How dumb is that? Instead of handling the situation he was raising his voice at me and kept arguing over what was obviously wrong! Absolutely had no knowledge of customer service.The deceit is mind blowing, that means you put the product out there to deceive your customers that they will be getting what they won’t be getting when it’s time to pay? I mean why not do it before they come in so they know what they are actually buying! Why put your customers thru such an unhygienic process!? I won’t be going there again, I can’t tolerate being obviously exploited because Suns club wants to make an ‘extra box’ of tomatoes!

Rude customer service, I don’t bring my membership card and they act like it’s my fault for them to do a temporary paper for me. It’s 2024 and they don’t even accept photo membership or an app. This caused difficulty for customers to spend money at your warehouse.

Good place to buy wholesale if you have a food truck, small restaurant. It has a membership but if you don't have it, you pay 5 dollars more for your purchase. Visit him

Bought a bag of brown sugar and found mold in it. Brought it back and with the receipt but the manager refused to exchange it. Very bad customer service. That is why you lose your business to Restaurant Depot.

Customer service sucks! False advertisement! The sign showed 1 pack $1.95 and 10 packs $11.95 Only had the 10 pack-asked if I could get 1 pack because that's all I needed and the sign stated 1 pack. Manager or whoever the guy was said no. I told him what the sign showed-he didn't care. Will not be renewing the membership and will tell all my friend and family who have membership here to stop buying from this place!

I bought fajita and it was spoiled, please check the meat you buy here. I called to let them know that I have the Meat that I didn't use because it smelled bad and they told me that they can't do anything.

So happy I stopped here to check things out. I'm a huge fan of wholesale clubs as you get such a better deal buying in bulk vs small portions at regular grocery stores.Suns is pretty unique from your Costco and Sam's as they have a larger variety of unique seafoods. They are the only place in Houston I can find raw chicken nuggets that you have to cook fully. This means it tastes much better with less of those preprocessed ingredients.I go here exclusively for my snow crabs and beef fajitas. The quality is off the charts and the size of the snow crabs are massive compared to the tiny ones at your local grocery store.I also find some excellent authentic Asian ingredients and it's always so convenient to pop in and out of there really quickly.What I dislike about it however is their online shopping is non-existent. Their web site isn't helpful at all so don't think you can go there to browse anything. You have to go there to see what they offer.You also don't have to commit to a yearly membership. You can pay like $5 for a daily membership and buy anything in the store you want in that one trip.Save and Prosper!

It is indescribable! Super large selection of seafood, vegetables, canned goods, cooking sauces, wines, dairy, and a large selection of restaurant supplies. It was an awesome experience.
