I had to take my bike in for some emergency tube replacement. Marcus was able to provide excellent support on the spot. He was extremely nice and was very knowledgeable about the bike, parts, and just overall care of the bike. If anyone is need of someone to maintain their bike or need some work done, I’d highly recommend Marcus. I will definitely be going back to him in the future.

Marcus has been great, he suggested good tyres for my bike and gave me suggestions to keep the bike in good shape. I hope every store has someone like him who keeps the client happy. I would recommend sun&ski to my friends.

The store associate Mike was incredibly friendly and helpful today. He recommended a different type of Hoku shoes that I could immediately notice the difference in. I appreciate the stellar customer service!

I am very upset with this situation. I took my bike there thinking they were professionals.
I took it because of the noise it made. They changed many parts and the noise continues (obviously they don't know what they are doing).
The tire was only used once on a flat route and it broke on one side (very strange), the chain that they showed me was gold and this one I have is grey... what a disappointment.
