Do NOT order from their brick and mortar or their tcgplayer store, StrikeZoneOnline, they WILL price scum you!I expect this from faceless online stored, but a brick and mortar? Come on. Be better.

Its important to care about the experience the customer has. If this store cared about customer experience at all they would not have refunded a card after it has been ordered to increase the price by almost double.

Disgusting store ran with whack practices.Placed on order for a card (warrior specific) for Flesh and Blood and the store had the audacity to cancel the order since the cards price was on the incline; then proceeded to lie that they were out of date of their stock.. when they have 9 listed.I've heard stories about this store and how these things continue to happen when card prices rise.DO NOT SHOP AT STRIKEZONE as they will happily cancel your on a whim to make a quick buck if they get wind that pricing for that card is on the rise, as the card has been sold to a loyal customer.Look else where.Permanent 1 star review.Stike zone, you have lost out on a whale of a customer to make a quick dollar.

Usually better prices on Pokémon Cards than Walmart, Game Stop and other retail shops with a very good selection you won’t find at those places.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great variety with plenty of space to play. They do buy cards but I recommend selling them online as they have most of what they need.

Tried several times over the last couple weeks to call and pre register for a Pokémon league cup. They didn’t answer once. We get there (came in from New Orleans) and there’s a line of 50+ trying to get in the cup (not pre-registered). Not a single employee of the shop took the matter in their hands, rather another competitor took the names of people in line as if he were the coordinator. I felt a biased approach to the whole experience. Needless to say it seems like the venue catered to their local players and said whatever to the ones coming from out of area. Probably will never come back to this shop. Glad I didn’t spend a dime either

Never visited the store but Dustin in a class act. Sold a bunch of stuff to him at SCG Con in Baltimore and he made that process easy but more importantly, enjoyable. It was tough parting with some of my treasures but I know that Dustin will help them to get to people who will enjoy them. When I get back to the Houston area, will be dropping here for sure.

I've been buying cards from this place since it was located in almeda mall in the 90's and I've never been disappointed! I was a kid back than and now I take my kids now!They have some of the best selections and best prices in the area for sure! The other day they were closed and one of the guys let me into buy a few booster packs which he didn't have to do!
