Terrible customer service, it was closed yesterday from 1:30 we have to wait until 2:15pm to pick up a truck, for the drop off today we are here again at 11am and its closed again no one is ever at the office.

This facility was much better managed when Ron Duck was working there, I never had issues getting into the building, he was nothing but kind, helpful, and professional. Ms. Foster sent me an email demanding that I do not use the dumpster for trash threatening me with a trash fee, when I had contacted them twice already stating I couldn’t not get into the gate. No apology was sent to me. Then I was told I would only be able to have access to my property during business hours only - after all this now they are increasing the prices when the customer service is gone. With broken gates , broken elevator, broken code entry pad, obviously the value has dropped but they are asking for more money. They need to get Ron Duck back to run this storage facility, there would be no problems and done correctly.

It's not as shiny as the big name places, but it's clean, affordable, well kept, and well run. We've been renting a unit there for years for our Christmas decorations. We've never had a problem, and Ron is a great businessman.

We have been at Store It All with Ron for almost three years now! We have never had any trouble with anything, unit access hours are great! He takes good care of our things so I don't have to worry about them! Ron is so nice and always super friendly!

The management is excellent. Always response and has helped me a number of times as I needed short term extra space or needed to downsize. Love hearing KSBJ playing in the office area when I need to visit it. Ron ricks!

We had our storage situated at at this location for 5 years with no problem. Ron even worked with us if we needed a little extra time to make an payment. One day we found rat droppings and a dead rat rotten inside of a family heirloom. We were devastated. When we notified Ron he did something unexpected, he lied and said we had candy/food in our storage. This concluded our business, and we do not recommend this location to anyone.

Best storage place I have ever used. Super friendly management. Very personable they don't treat you like just another renter. Facility is always clean and well maintained. Would recommend this facility to anyone that needed to store their things
