My go to dealership for maintenance. I’ve been here for over 8 years. Today I went in for a new battery and an oil change around 3:30 pm. When I pulled up to the garage I got in line behind the other vehicles but no one came to assist me. Only a few valet staff came up to me ask if I’ve been helped. I waited over 10+ minutes before I got helped. I told my representative that my battery need replacing and I needed an oil change. I waited over 2.5 hours for my services to be done. Around 6 pm my representative said my vehicle was ready and gave me the price of the new battery. I then asked her how much was it total with the oil change. My representative was taken aback a little and said I did not ask for an oil change. I remember specifically that I did tell my representative I needed an oil change because I showed my representative the coupon I have on my phone. Unfortunately, since the service department does close at 6 pm I have to come back another day for an oil change. Not very satisfied with today’s trip to Sterling McCall Lexus Service Center.

If I could I would leave zero!!! Save yourself headache and take your “Luxury” vehicle somewhere else. Took my 15k miles GX for oil change and after coming back home discovered oil everywhere in the engine bay. The tech must have spilled half quarter oil in the bay, even jiffy lube does a more decent job. Now the engine bay that was clean as whistle will look like garbage after road grime accumulation over all spilled oil. I tried to clean as much but it’s basically everywhere. Customer service is a little inconsistent at this location. The first few visits, it started off great. But lately I notice that the waits are long, no loaners are ever available, and sometimes you need to wait a while to get someone's attention when you pull up.

Good clean atmosphere with complimentary snacks and coffee . I received my 12k mile service . I'm very excited and happy and pleased .

I was asked to bring our new car in for the 30 day check up. I was told it would be 45 mins. When I got there my service representative was out to lunch, so I had to wait. Once the car was checked in I was told it would be and 1.5 hours. Really it ended up being 2.5 hours. For a 30 day new car check-up that I could have passed on. I don't think they value peoples time. Now they can't find my car. So I'm still waiting. 3 people have asked to see my paperwork.

The folks here are attentive and pleasant. Marlon Romero is the friendliest of all the Service Consultants I have met in 40 years of sales & service. Quotes are rapid. Prices moderate. Quality work is his mantra. Oh, Marlon? He's as honest as the day is long! Need service? He's your guy!!

I hate to write reviews, but when a situation is disturbingly bad, it can become imperative to do so. I have been servicing my 2006 GX 470, at Sterling McCall Lexus, for years, and along the way, I have had a few annoyingly bad experiences, but this last one tops the list, hence this review. About a month ago, I noticed that the rear side of my vehicle was dropping, so I took it to the dealership. I was told it would cost about $1600 to fix the problem. A day later, I got a call that my vehicle was ready. I got there, paid the bill, and drove away. I had barely driven off, when several lights came on, that were not there before. I immediately drove back, and was told it was normal for my type of vehicle, because of the year! I said the lights were not on before. After going back and forth, and getting nowhere, I left, frustrated and angry. I got home, only to find that the initial problem wasn't even fixed, a problem I paid over $1500 for! I went to the service director, and had the same runaround, without getting the problem solved. I then called the General Manager, Joey Dupuis, and left a message. The GM did not return my call, nor replied to my subsequent email. I was very angry. I travelled out of the country, for business. I have just returned, only to find my vehicle in my driveway, worse than ever. I guess my next action will be to write Better Business Bureau, and regulatory, governmental agencies. Really confused and disappointed Last time my wife got her oil change They recommended a service that I thought was too much and passed on it. They sent her an email saying would be 18% off so I scheduled the service and went ahead and going through with it after it was done and my wife came home and show me the invoice. It was no discount on it and it was $50 over the estimate. When giving an estimate, this is show all the charges this is very misleading.
