For context, we've never considered a Hyundai, we have traditionally been a Toyota and Lexus family.
However, we were lucky enough to be helped by the most outstanding individual I've ever had the pleasure of working with, Faisal. He completely contradicts the stereotype of most car salespeople and was incredibly helpful about finding why we were there. This approach won over my significant other almost immediately (which is tough to do) and it made us take a more serious look at the Santa Fe. He was not pushy, was extremely helpful and followed up accordingly. I've been in sales for a long time and this type of scheduled persistence is difficult to nurture in even the most talented individuals.
In fact, he made such an impression, that every other dealership we visited fell short of our experience with Faisal. Let it be known that we've been set on the 4Runner for YEARS!!! However, Faisal's caring nature and revamped quality of vehicles made the choice easy when deciding. I seldom write this long of a review, but our satisfaction throughout the process truly warranted acknowledgement this individual. We're extremely happy with the Santa Fe.
If you go, ask for him (Faisal) or Shawn by name, they're top tier.

I recently purchased a car from Sterling McCall Hyundai, and I must say, the entire experience was fantastic. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. The sales team was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions without any pressure.
The dealership had a great selection of vehicles, and I found exactly what I was looking for at a fair price. The buying process was smooth and efficient, with no hidden fees or surprises. I especially appreciated the transparency and professionalism shown by the team.

I went in for an oil change, and the low tire pressure indicator was on. When I finally got home, my husband had to put air in three tires. ? (The reason I didn't say anything there was because the service department was closed.)

Horrible customer service and didn’t abide by words and work that was done. Dealership said one thing and when the issue reoccurred after “being fixed” they wouldn’t stick by warranty and wanted to claim further details weren’t inspected til the 3rd SERVICE.

I can not say enough good things about the Salesman Carlos Joya and the management team at Sterling McCall Hyundai, specifically manager Ed Tsui. My previous car was totaled from an accident and I knew I wanted a RAV 4 next. I had one lined up at another dealership that ended up falling through unexpectedly. While devastated, I went onto the AutoTraders app and found a newly posted 2016 RAV 4 at Sterling McCall Hyundai. Less than 5 minutes after sending a message to the dealership and hearing back from Carlos Joya I was on my way to test drive the car. I fell in love. The car was only on the lot for about 2 days during a holiday weekend so it had yet to have any preliminary service done. Carlos not only made my first professional car buying experience stress free but just his genuine personality and real-ness made me feel very confident that this was not only the car for me but also the right place and person to help. I went back a few days later to get my car after all service was done and there was still 1 small issue that they said they were not able to fix due to not having the correct part but I was assured by Ed Tsui that I will be reimbursed for this issue I will have to pay for myself to get fixed. The next day I bring my car to a shop to get said parts replaced, that’s when we learned my tires were in worse shape than I originally realized leading to all 4 tires needing to be replaced. When I arrived back at Sterling McCall that same day to shine light on the tires replacement and the original issue still needing to be fixed because discount tire said they could not; Carlos and Ed went above and BEYOND to help me. I was fully expecting for their response to be “oh well, sorry!” Because my last dealership would have said that. But boy was I wrong. Ed confirmed that I can drive down the road to discount tire and they will pay for all 4 new tires PLUS the original issue in full over the phone. I was out of discount tire within 30 minutes with everything fix and taken care of by the help of Ed and Carlos!

They don't actually honor their add on maintenance plans and try to charge you Everytime for something you paid for when purchasing the vehicle.

The salesperson Isaac was very helpful and awesome. He is patient and answers best of his ability. But BEWARE of financial Department of Hyundai. Why am I saying this because when we were ready to start financial process the financial Manger told us to sit in his office and told as my credit score is low i will get vehicle at 9.9% rate and monthly payments would be 634$. He told us about additional warranty. We ask how much payment would be if we purchased additional warranty for which he informed us it would be 700$ monthly. My husband said would like to purchase additional warranty which covers electric part only if they give me 7% for which he said will check with his supervisor. After few minutes he came and said the interest would be 7.4%and the monthly payment would be $686. This confused us as while he went to check with his supervisor we did some calculations where it should be around $620. We asked him to show us both the breakdown before and after.
FIRSTLY he was not ready to print. When he printed he hide the months which was showing 75 months instead of 72 months. Secondly we found he put additional packages of about $5500 without our knowledge. When asked he said if we don't take those he can not give 7.4% intereste rate. When called his supervisor he was not supportive. He acted as dumb and said whatever his employee said was correct.
He then removed those packages and gave us 8.34 rate. Since my kids were very exited about the new vehicle additional we were in Showroom since 11am and it was already 6pm kids were waiting to go home. We were tired and didn't wanted to waste another day. We took 8.34% and left.
PLEASE CAREFUL CHECK PAPERS AND CHECK THE PAYMENT IN AUTO LOAN CALCULATOR IN YOUR PHONE. ELSE THEY WOULD EASILY RIP YOU OFF.

We purchased a vehicle in March 2024 and had a great overall experience. As part of our agreement, we were supposed to receive some additional interior items however they never arrived. After months of a hectic schedule, I got around to reaching out. Ajenae immediately got after the issue and had the items shipped to our new address. Couldn't ask for better customer service, especially a long time after the initial sale. Thank you!
