Darren had reached out a few times in my journey to get the new Envista. Just when I considered trying to get a vehicle that was in stock, I emailed Darren Robinson II to see if they had anything available with the packages I wanted included in the car. He was personable and persistent about getting information, so I could get the ride I wanted. Literally it took one day to close on my vehicle and I picked up my brand new car the next day. He did a test drive to ensure that everything was in line that I could see that day: The only downside was the wait time because I missed majority of work and the miscommunication with finance about what I wanted to put down. Initially I did mention paying taxes, but the contract signed I changed to postpone taxes. It was a minor issue, but ideally I wanted to avoided that part. I do like that I can get unlimited car washes, the warranty already included in the car, the tint was great and has warranty on it.

Sterling McCall Buick GMC was great to work with!!!Big shout out to the sales consultant, Juan Rodriguez!I was on a search for a used Ford Bronco on Autotrader and that's how I came across Sterling McCall Buick GMC.I live in CA and I've never purchased a vehicle before from so far away from home.When I called up the dealership, Juan Rodriguez was the guy that took my call and was the one that made this entire unusual for me transaction very smooth.We had multiple back and forth communication over the phone or text, but Juan was always there to answer any of my questions, concerns.Vora did an excellent job with helping to get the financing for the vehicle.I would highly recommend this dealership!

Low oil pressure warning started to show up after an oil change here. I had it towed back, and they drove it around, claimed nothing was wrong and gave it back to me. The warning was still there. This happened several times and lasted over a week. I tried calling and visiting their service manager multiple times and was never able to reach him. So I reached out to Buick. After dealing with Buick support several times, the mechanic finally decided to check the oil filter, and said that it fell apart in his hands. They fixed it, but still charged me for the oil change and the tow trucks, and I'm concerned about permanent damage caused by their mechanics driving it without oil.I left this review on Google 6 months ago, and the owner replied asking me to contact them. I did so, but they never replied. I never got a refund, and my car engine is sounding louder than it used to and is starting to shake despite having another oil change immediately after the bad experience at this dealership. I think they caused permanent damage to my engine. Do not trust this dealership for any repairs.

If you want to have the absolute WORST customer service in the industry, then head on down to Sterling McCall GMC Buick! If you love getting lied to your face and then getting screamed at by the new car sales manager, then this is the place for you! And if you like spending 5 hours aimlessly waiting after the paperwork had all been signed and the money all completely wired days earlier, then this is your place. If you like your brand new Buick Avenir to be rough to the touch on the exterior paint because it was sloppily cleaned and detailed, then you're at the right place! If you like to be belittled and yelled at by the used car manager because he claims he can't sell a 6 year old spotless Buick with 5 year old tires with only probably 25,000 miles on then, you'll love the place (sarcasm)!!I will honestly never ever let anyone I know buy a vehicle from this place or any other Sterling McCall company!

I live in another state and essentially purchased my vehicle over the phone, planning to fly in to Houston and drive it home from a business trip. The team at Sterling McCall GMC made my purchase experience easy and without surprises. My sales representative Stephanie Tristan was great at communicating with me and making sure I had all of the information I needed to complete my purchase and have the vehicle ready for pick-up when I arrived. Khai Nguyen was also very helpful with the financial portion of process. Chris Allen also made sure I was satisfied with the delivery. It was probably was of the most pleasant vehicle purchases I have experienced.

Just purchased my second vehicle and was a great experience. Floyd made the entire process seamless, which I appreciated since I live 2 hours away. Stephanie Tristan best sales person. Absolutely amazing service, kind, caring and generous person. I bought my truck from here and made it so incredibly easy! You will receive great customer service. I recommend this dealership backwards and forth because if you give them time... they will definitely put a smile on your face !!!

I bought my Nissan Titan there last year. Great people, smooth transaction. I received a promotional coupon for an oil change last month. I scheduled the appointment with Jonathan Marin. When I got there he said that he had to order the filter because they do not carry Nissan parts. I waited a few days but didn't hear anything. I called him back and left a message. A few days go by and still nothing. I called back and left another message. As of now, 3 weeks later I still haven't heard back. Again, great company but they probably should watch who they hire. I was going to give them a 5 star review but after dealing with an incompetent person like Jonathan Marin I can only give them 2 stars.

Dropped vehicle off at 6:30 am that morning had my vehicle in service entire day stayed in touch with the progress with my advisor and declined one inspection needed returned to get my vehicle at 4:00pm not only it was not ready nor it wasn’t washed until arrival causing inconvenience of customer to wait another 45 minutes so this type of service unsatisfactory,my advisor has always been great and tells me the best options to take but this time it was the waiting period that was unacceptable next time do better!!! I will keep coming back when my vehicle need’s service but you will know I will be giving a good to poor rating if you ask for my survey opinion scored 3 this time do better next time as you have done in the past.Thank you

Please note that we never will purchase a single vehicle from your dealership nor will any other family members. We will also advise others the same because of the bait and play trick one of your salesmen and manager tried on us.To make a long story short I was very irritated and mad after the games they played but was also lied to on several occasions. Please do note we were there for 3 (three) hours too until we walked out. We even had purchased vehicles from them before has had a family memberWe did purchase the same vehicle at another dealer in a different color. This dealer was upfront and honest and didn't try the auto purchase games that Sterling McCall didThis Sterling McCall GMC/Buick dealership has definitely gone downhill with sales people and staff. The offices don't look like they used to and the entire lot doesn't look like it used to.Please forgive my typing and punctuation skills but I wanted to send my major disappointment to you.

I had a previous negative experience (poor service and possible incompetence) at another local Buick dealership, and ended up purchasing a spare keyfob from an Amazon seller. Last week, I called this dealership and got an appointment set to have it programmed.She didn't tell me what the charge would be (turned out it was more than twice what the other dealer would have charged). YIKES. I was expecting about $100, and it was twice that with part of that being a charge labeled "Shop charge for repair order". No explanation.The service advisor was nice, but he didn't tell me that even though I made an appointment, for which I was on time, that they weren't going to be able to complete the service anywhere close to my appointment time (locksmith didn't take my car in until an hour and a half after my appointment). Why didn't my advisor come and let me know? I would have rescheduled for next Friday. As it was, I arrived at 9:28 am and didn't drive away until about 12:30pm. Those are three hours I'll never get back. :(Spare yourself sticker shock and just stay away!

This dealership is the worst I have dealt with! I purchased a truck with Jansen (which by the way was and still the best) , but the truck had to be brought back in 3 days later to all the lights coming on the dash. Reached out and was told they couldn't fix it so they tried putting me in a gas truck that I kept saying I didn't want, that is when they said they would have to unwind the deal in July. Well, I kept calling the finance department with no response on what a going on with the payout to my bank. Here it is SEPTEMBER and my bank has yet to receive the payout. As of yesterday I called finance a couple times again with no answer or reply. Sweet Jansen reached out to let me know that yesterday they are sending the check off to my bank when this should've been done back in August. The first payment on the loan was due on the 16th of this month and the payment is late because of this unprofessional company. I will continue to have my lawyers look into why this company took their sweet time in paying off that loan. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! DO BETTER GUYS
