While this service took longer and cost more than I expected, I'm thankful they were able to resolve the issue (i needed a new battery, an alignment, a fuel injection system flush, and replace a control arm bushing) before anything more serious could happen. I was hoping to get a discount on the work (the total was about $2,300), but my service advisor said that my next oil change, tire rotation and fluid top-off will be free. Thanks Aaron!

THEY HAVE HAD MY RECENTLY BOUGHT TRUCK FOR A MONTH AND HAVE NOT GAVE ME ANY INFO ON WHATS GOING. TODAY AS OF RIGHT NOW. I HAVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 37 minutes.

customer service sucks I dropped off my truck early in the morning and the advisor never called me to give me on update on my truck I had to ask my wife to give me a ride back to the dealership to check on my truck and I got there and they had my truck on the back for the whole day and they didn’t do anything to it they didn’t fix the issue and they didn’t even put air the tires like I told the advisor to do so I’m never taking my truck to that dealership……??

Had my car serviced today at Sterling McCall service dept. I arrived little before my scheduled time and they took it right in. Since I waited, they add some amenities for your thirst. The wait time was about 1-1/2 hours which is good with tire rotation and new wipers.
