This has been my workshop in the 9 years that I have lived in Houston, Mr. Javier is attentive and always answers the calls when I have had problems with my truck, even when I have had to leave it somewhere that needs to be organized, he has offered me a car to get to my job, excellent prices, always very good atmosphere, the mechanics are friendly and have good experience. I give them 5 stars for the treatment, for the always positive response to problems and for the experience that this group of mechanics has.

I got my car fixed here, no issues, pretty solid auto repair shop. Pricing is reasonable here, I wouldn’t go to the one on Gessner and Hammerly, the pricing was better here compared to there.

Came to get my front brake, caliper and brake line done, they told me to get another part… they held onto my brand new parts, I left and came back a few days later to them no longer being able to find my parts.
They took two days to “find them” and they gave me used parts thrown in my boxes like I wouldn’t notice. They gave me the run around for weeks instead of making it right… Javier lied to my face on several occasions, the whole shop is dishonest, they have no moral code or integrity… absolutely no shame stealing customers parts.
Javier had the nerve to get snappy with me and shoo me when he had to pay me for the $40 brakes he stole. I Left with a USED CALIBER when I bought Stein Auto a new one…
Javier made it very difficult to communicate claiming “he doesn't speak English” when you spoke fluent English when it was time to take my money…
Elizabeth Salazar should be ashamed to have a staff that would steal and lie.
don’t give this place your business… they prey on people they think they can get over on. Take your hard earned money to any of the other 20 auto shops around.

DO NOT TRUST HIM. Javier will scam you!! My uncle went to him to get his AC fixed and Javier told him that he needed to get him an “airbag”. My uncle doesn’t speak English, meaning that he tried to fool him and confused him. My uncle had to go and get this car that was left just how he left it. And Javier has NOT PAYED HIM his $900 back. He also accused my uncle of being undocumented just because he didn’t speak English and told him that he couldn’t do anything about it. Apart from scamming/stealing, he discriminated him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

I took my diesel truck to his shopOff long point his brother told me he worked in diesel motors and he would fix my truck he charged my 1k aprox I told him I didn't want the check engine I knew the code from before when he stared working he went from 350 to 1k I said okay no big deal but make sure my truck it's fix after I left the shopI took my truck two times both times check engine was gone for 1 hour or less and it would come back then I went to talk to the "owner " he said bring it I'll check it for you I couldn't make it that day he told me I went back another time and told him I couldn't had made it if we could work on it that I knew what it was if he could help with replacing the part ( never ask him to do it for free ) even after all the money they took I was still whiling to pay for them to change my pump he said to wait he was gonna call me that day to confirm when I could take the truck to this day I'm still waiting for the call totally wouldn't recommend owner it's nice workers notSo much sadly been nice don't fix cara
