Booked a room at this location because of it being close to MD Anderson. Staff was outstanding!! Concierge gave me a discount due to my appointment the following and and even prayed for me. Will absolutely use in the future.

I didn't give any stars because that's how bad there service was. First of all,my aunt booked our room a month in advance. Second, online it was available ,they took care information and gave a confirmation number to show that the room has been reserved for her. 1 hour before checking in,they call and let us know that our room has taken by someone who was previously there that wanted to re-up. So with no disregard to our reservations, our room was taken in the blink of an eye. I wouldn't send my worst enemy here. There customer was horrible

Clean and quiet with a friendly staff. Breakfast is served daily and weekdays there has been food served about 6 pm. Good bedding with a very comfortable mattress (soft top with good support). "Pet Friendly" with a fee, but $75 for up to 6 days isn't too bad and $150 after that is not terrible, especially if you will be there long term.

It's on a side street off the freeway. If you're not using GPS you will definitely miss it. Beyond that it's a new building so of course everything is nice. There's an outfit line with a fireplace, which considering it was one of the few cold days in Houston made it nice. There's a outdoor pool as well, but it was cold so...... I didn't use it. One gripe, which was more of an inconvenience, is after 10pm you need a key to get in. I checked in at midnight. The front desk clerk was away at the time so I had to wait for them to return to enter and check in. Though I understand the security reasons and it's not like other hotels don't do it as well. The room was nice and clean. I pretty much passed out as soon as I got there so a nice bed is a nice bed. Lastly glass wall stand up shower. I like. Big big big plus.

Nice hotel and nice stay. Very cost efficient, great value for the money. Staff was more than friendly upon check in and check out. Would definitely stay here again if my business is on that side of houston
