Chrystal, a big thank you from my family and I. We had a mix up with our 3rd party reservation and she came in quickly to resolve and find my family a suite to accommodate everyone. Room was huge, clean and great amenities. Nice big breakfast selection. The team was also kind and helpful at all times.

The worst breakfast ever, Sorry room service, stinky room and elevator stunk the smell when you walked in the hotel was not pleasant. Elevators stink they did not work properly. Our lights in our room did not work properly our head board was dirty the bathroom had a stinky smell. The carpet is old and nasty. Our bathing towels had holes in them. The guy behind the desk was RUDE. Housekeeping was No Good. We requested the first floor upon on booking due to my legs ww did not get the first floor it was noted but not granted to us. The rug in the front lobby door entrance is very dirty need to be replaced. The sofa bed had holes and very small we had a one bedroom suite. This hotel is awful. Wiłł nevet stay again I do not recomend this hoteł at all.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this Hotel… I hate the circumstances why we were there but they made us very comfortable.. The room was clean and the breakfast was good as well.. They also offered a shuttle to get us to different food places in the area… I do recommend this hotel

Poor Management and Unresolved Billing Issues
I stayed at this hotel on June 24th and paid for my reservation through Amex Travel. Upon check-in, the front desk informed me of a $10 refundable charge, which I accepted. However, on June 28th, I was unexpectedly charged $246.20. After numerous attempts to contact the hotel, I finally spoke with a staff member on July 1st who apologized and assured me a refund would be issued within 5 business days.
Despite waiting over a week and a half, no refund was processed. I made multiple calls that went unanswered. Finally, on July 15th, I reached someone at the front desk. The representative insisted I contact Expedia, showing no understanding of my situation. After several requests to speak with a manager, she placed me on hold and issued the refund without any apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused.
The lack of accountability and customer service from the management team is unacceptable. I wonder how many others have faced similar issues, especially with the influx of guests for the Copa America. I strongly advise against staying here due to their poor management and unresolved billing issues.

This room was a major disappointment.
1. Black mold on the bathroom ceiling.
2. Only 1 electrical outlet worked in the living room. Even the TV wouldn't work because the power outlets didn’t work. Luckily I had brought an extension cord, but to plug all my items in, I had to sleep with all the wires under my pillow! (We called the front desk, but they could do nothing because the maintenance person had left for the day. AND the hotel was sold-out so we couldn’t move to another room.)
3. The “queen size” foldout couch was NOT queen size, it was twin size. And the mattress felt like just plain springs, no padding at all. That is not a bed that even a child should sleep on.
4. One elevator was out of order forcing us to walk and drag our luggage further.
5. There were a couple glasses & plates, & salt & pepper in the kitchen, but not one single eating utensil. No fork, no spoon, nothing.
6. The air conditioning compressor roared like a truck in the bedroom. EVERYTIME it turned on.
7. In the hotel reception “pantry”, there was not one single frozen item in the freezer for sale. No food. Seems like SOMEONE could have gone to the grocery store and put at least a few frozen meals & ice cream in there.
I like the StayBridge Suites hotels, but THIS hotel is severely lacking.

My biggest issue with the hotel was the room and the service. The housekeeping literally left trash in the hallway for multiple rooms that were around us. We even put our trash outside for the lady to pick up, and she didn’t even do that but when I left she was right next to the door. There was a lizard in our room. The microwave was out upon arrival, and we had to make multiple requests to get it repaired. The upper walls are also very thin, as we heard daily stomping above us. Sadly, the quality of the hotel has really gone down. Best part is the central location to third ward and NRG.

I would not recommend this hotel. I had a room facing the road, and it was incredibly loud with street noise. It was as if I didn’t even have a window, I heard everything, and it was impossible to get a decent nights rest. The floors were very dirty. The elevator buttons barely work and are in need of repair. The WiFi was out. It felt like I was staying at a super low budget motel.

There’s way too much noise coming from the pool late at night that they don’t address and they don’t come clean your room. I’ve had to call to get all my amenities and they even made me go to the front desk and get them myself.

Good location, great sized rooms, and reasonably spacious room rentals for functions. Staff needs to do a bit better about emptying the trash cans on the property. Several of the cans on the side and rear of the building stayed in overflow mode the days we were in the area.

At least to cars with broken windows including mine right within 5 spaces of main entrance. Hotel has gone downhill since previous visits.

Very nice for the money. They have a decent breakfast in the morning that is included with the room charge. The hotel is directly across the street from NRG stadium. The rooms are older and you can kind of see the wear and tear but you can tell the manager and staff do their best to keep everything looking and feeling nice. You won't beat this place unless you wanna spend 250 or more per night.

I stayed there for 3 days and they never cleaned my room, I don't know because in all hotels they do it daily, the rest was fine.
Rooms: Well comfortable
