Underrated hotel in a great location. Even the basic rooms are very nice and spacious, and you get tons of extra amenities in the kitchenette.

Stayed here for a few weeks, great customer service !! Thank You Aaron front office manager for taking care of my needs during difficult time . Ericka from office was great too she was very helpful and answered all my questions and needs. Rooms are great and cleaned, breakfast was okay.

Rooms: The rooms was very clean beds was sooo comfy
Food and drinks: The breakfast was very delicious with a variety of different food to choose from and the on-site bar made the stay even better.

Price quality is ok, but that’s it. Nothing more …. Related to the location, just know it’s not the safest. Around the hotel I have seen enough to know you don’t walk at the evening to your hotel.

Only complaint is that they charge $25/night for parking and there aren't any real options. If I were on business I probably wouldn't even notice.
Shower pressure was pretty weak.
Complimentary Breakfast bar was pretty good. Central location super convenient to the 610 freeway. Lots of restaurants nearby. Room was clean, dark, quiet, and had a reasonably good cityscape view.

I've stayed here a total of 3½ weeks and I must say the service is great no matter which side u book to stay at...
Rooms: The rooms are nice and kept for... the staybridge side has a kitchenette and the holiday in side doesn't that's really the only difference
Walkability: There's food all around, public transportation, and shopping...

Great price, clean updated room, attentive staff, GREAT BREAKFAST, $25 a day parking (meh). Would stay there again. Oh, did I mention GREAT BREAKFAST?!
Food and drinks: I'm cereal about this, it was a GREAT BREAKFAST...BOTH DAYS!
