Update: It took me couple days to get the matter resolved, but I was fortunate enough to get in touch with the right people to explain my situation. The store manager explained to me that during the holidays some gift cards were discontinued and that unfortunately some cards may have not been pulled out of the shelves. She was very sorry and apologetic and honestly I felt that they truly cared. I currently use their printing services and always have a positive experience.I bought a Target gift card for $100 at this location. The card didn’t work. I called Target to ask for assistance and I was sadly informed that the Target gift card I purchased in Staples didn’t exist in the Target system.

I was at Staples located at 6022 E. Sam Houston Pkwy. N. Houston, Tx. 77049 and was having a difficult with trying to print an email. Sean, That works in the Print Department came to assist me and I was still having problem. He stopped what he was doing to come assist me. He showed me how to save the E-Mail and had me send it to him. Sean was great representation as a Staples employee.Thanks Sean ???????

?⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Lorin was incredibly helpful with my missing order! It was returned to the sender and she even located it with incomplete information. She gave me accurate phone numbers and even called back with additional information that I needed.Thorough, accurate, professional. Give her a raise and promotion. ???Staple’s Customer Service couldn’t help and understanding their incredibly thick accents was problematic. Apparently my needs were also outside of the script. Without an order number beginning with #9 they were useless.?Between FedEx and UPS five packages were lost. Three of my neighbors packages were dropped off at my address, so I delivered them. ???????MERRY CHRISTMASFurther proof of STAPLE’s incompetence:While I was typing this review, I received a call from a STAPLES driver 10 minutes away, who was sent to pick up return items. There are no return items!Staple’s returned all of my Apple products because they insist that I live in Apartment #1 and didn’t bother to call, text or email me. It doesn’t matter how many times I correct that apartment number. It’s still remains in their system as APARTMENT #1.This country is in major trouble. ??I experience next level incompetence weekly from businesses. It’s just fricking routine in every area of my life. From A to Z!UTTERLY and COMPLETELY FRUSTRATING!SMDH

Came here for TSA Pre ✔️ and the process with Miguel was fast and seamless! Saved time by filling out the questions online. Make sure to bring proper documents.

This is the worst location to do an early morning Saturday TSA PreCheck! Why would the system allow you to make early morning appointments when the store doesn't open until 10 am is beyond me!! So anyone who made an appointment before 10 am is considered a walk-in & must wait until everyone with an appointment is seen. Worker Jose tried to explain there was a glitch in the system and they've known about it for weeks & people have been dealing with it. When I voiced my complaint about their system he smugly said you can stay or go! My advice to you, DO NOT BOOK AN APPOINTMENT AT THIS LOCATION BEFORE 10 AM ON A SATURDAY & AVOID JOSE IF YOU DO!

I absolutely love this Staples store. Sean in the print center always goes above and beyond to get my materials don in a timely manner. The whole team makes me feel like family when I come in the store. I would recommend using this store for all of your printing needs!

I do not recommend getting business cards here! I placed an order well before 2pm and never received my cards. Their website states that if orders are placed before 2pm that they are available for same day pickup. When calling up there they notified me that the business cards were not going to be ready until next day at 5pm! The only reason I had ordered from them was to get my cards same day! The associate and the manager were both rude, never apologized for the mistake that they had clearly made, and did not want to honor their same day pick up guarantee. I have put a call into the corporate office and we shall see what happens next.
