Great service, good rapport- like they got your back, UNTIL... A few months later (went in to upgrade an iPhone), they sold me on an apple watch SE ("Free" with $15 now $20 without autopay-- "let's you use it without your phone"- not true, phone required to tether or two apple accounts required to use it without phone according to tech support). Also they threw in some Airpod 2nd gen for "Free"- turns out I'm paying $10 a month for the next year for those- didn't even need them. Using trust to sell you on LIES and DISTORTIONS is not cool- and it's not just them. Most franchises are full of flakes. These guys are knowledgable but have a hidden agenda to deceive (sales, right?!) Once you're on Tmobile the customer support is great but i will consider switching carriers after this terrible experience (there's more to it, similar theme but i won't go into it).

Irvin saved the day! He researched my account and found us the best plan of 7 lines that also enabled me to walk out with my new iphone 15! He explained everything clearly and I was in and out of there in ~45 minutes! Admittedly, I showed up on Saturday at 8:30pm and he still was very graceful and polite about helping me finish everything.The other associate was noticeably irritated that I showed up later in the evening and was unwelcoming. Only because Irvin was so awesome I’m leaving 5 stars because it made up for the other associates negative demeanor. Thanks a bunch Irvin for being polite, helping me find the best family plan, and enabling me to walk out with my new iPhone 15!I’m super happy!

10/10 best Tmobile branch.Thanks to Richie, who helped me at the end of the day, I managed to take care of something Ive been avoiding for the longest time.He patiently waited with me a guided me through the numerous phone calls I had to make.(And there were steps that he DIDNT need to help me with, and he did. and very patiently.)This man helped me for at least an hour.It was awesome.Im thankful to Richie.And thank you Darian, it was a pleasure meeting you and briefly the rest of your sweet team.Id also like to note that Ive told my friends about this TMobile branch and one of them said that they have tried all of the branches for a problem they had one time and this was the nicest one- and they were able to fix the issue for him.So thank you,Richie, and Darian and everyone else there.Have an awesome week.

Usually going to phone stores is awful but not today. Richard was very helpful and made the interaction very smooth and seamless. Great customer service.

Cody is a superstar. His level is service, professionalism, and knowledge was exceptional. My entire activation process was breeze. Very thankful he helped me. The store was also very clean the entire team was courteous.

I hadn't been able to send or receive messages for the past three days and called T-Mobile tech support to help me with this issue. I was on hold and on call with them for hours - they made me restart my phone 3-4 times and delete data, yet they couldn't seem to fix the problem. I walked into this store, within a matter of minutes, they were able to find the problem and fix it for me. Major props to Juan, who very patiently listened to my frustrations and helped me fix my phone.
