When my order arrived, it was broken completely. The customer service isn't the best. After mailing product back, I waited over a week and still waiting to this day to get my money back. The rep told me they received product but hasn't process. I did everything they ask, now I have to continue to wait for them just to process. Are you waiting on Jesus to come back? Can you please process my refund so I can know my money will be arriving in another 3 to 5 days? Is there a deadline for processing refunds or customers just wait until whenever you feel like process our refunds?

They are ONLY onlinesales and the Jackrabbit Road site has been CLOSED for a long time; so don't waste any of your precious time driving to either site! Installing a new Hunter irrigation controller in conjunction with discount program from local water company. Will also install the Hunter Flow Meter now that the controller will alert me to major leaks -- like my recent 20,000 flood in back yard. The flow meter requires a shielded cable to the controller. The ONLY place I found selling the cable by the foot was Sprinkler Warehouse. Ordered the wire and the Flow Meter at the same time and got free shipping. Great transaction.

If I could do 0 stars I would. They have failed me 3 times with orders placed online. Last order I placed, the parts came damaged. I didn't return the parts but instead refurbished them with other parts because my customers needed the work done after having them wait for 8 days. Now they are only taking orders online and the delivery date is not consistent with FedEx and they're drivers or warehouse crew don't give a flying f.

Ordered a key fit head wrench and the rubber strap was torn. First the should probably have quality control and second I have to now drive to FedEx and send the wrench back and once they receive it they'll ship another one. I bought it because I need it and so basically I won't be giving these folks any of my money. Another thing was the customer service guy was super bothered by me calling. I learned my lesson as I always thought this folks were doing a disservice to the irrigation industry posting prices that consumers expect but now I know for sure their service his terrible and you don't even get what you paid for here.

I ordered a Febco pressure vacuum breaker and I received it in 2 days from Texas to Florida. Amazon wanted more money for it and it was going to take a week to get it. Awesome job for getting the part so quickly to me Sprinkler Warehouse. I will definitely buy from you again in the future.

The exclusive purpose for me purchasing these pumps as to remove water and expel that water; however these pumps do not hold the water until you engage the pump handle and instead the water runs out. I reached out to Sprinkler Warehouse for clarification and they even confirmed the expected use and mechanics of these pumps however advised that the rubber washer might not be installed properly. Upon further inspection, the plastic tube for both pumps i purchased are slightly bent--perhaps from heat or how they were stored. I attempted to return and explained the defective nature of the item and they denied the return citing their terms and conditions without further explanation. I assume they denied the return because the item was considered used; however used one time and confirmed as defective. Even in new condition, Sprinkler Warehouse's "easy return policy" is anything BUT easy. You complete a return request and wait for their response which requires an addition email for further instructions. You are required to pay for return shipping however that not it. They charge a 20% restocking fee and deduct their original shipping costs. Bottom line, if you receive a defective or unusable item, you'll still end up paying a significant portion to return the item if they even accept the return. Unless Sprinkler Warehouse is the only place to purchase these items which is doubtful--I would highly recommend buying these items from Amazon or other similar retailers and avoiding this seller. I tried ti support a local--non Amazon Giant Retail business and paid the price. Would never unless absolutely necessary do business with this retailer again. Deplorable customer service and it's not like their prices are the most competitive.

Bought 65 ft of 18 awg 7 wire and they only gave me 55 ft. I didn’t find out till the next day, Saturday, when doing my project. Unfortunately they are closed on the weekends and my project had to be done before Monday. Very frustrating. I would also suggest they stay open till 6 so people who need to come after work are able to. The store was cool, they have everything you would ever want. The salesman was friendly too.
