Disappointed in the whole experience. CHARGED ME 10.00 ON TOP OF THE 25.00 haircut for a 63 yr old with not much hair...Did not cut it short enough either. I usually use a Asian hair salon. Would have cost me 20.00 and it would have been washed and cut and trimmed for.20.00.. I guess they need me to help pay for the TVs . 5 out of 10..

it was pretty nice, the costumer service was great, I highly recommend the lady called Jocelyn the one that is from dominican republic, she has good hands, their are really soft. i highly recommend her she is awesome!!

Jocelyn cut my hair like a pro. She made me look way better than when I came in. The hot towel and shampoo are a nice, relaxing addition.

Terrible. Do not let the old lady there cut your hair I think her name is anna. Went in for a hair cut and to clean up my beard a couple of days before my birthday and boy did she butcher me badly. Ended up losing like 3 inches off my beard and I was pissed. No blend on the haircut. This lady has no business working here.

100% avoid Mia!
She cannot cut hair. As a male, my hair was cut so short in the front and it’s longer in the back. It’s exactly what I asked her not to do. Additionally, I asked for a fade and didn’t get anything near it. She missed so many spots and I could’ve cut my own hair better (that’s sad).

I sat in the waiting area for 10 min while two employees just talked. I was never acknowledged so I just left. I wanted to give this place a try because it is so close to my house but I will take my business to Boardroom.
