Consistent cut quality, excellent service with Elsa. Between 4-6pm wait time reduced M-F. The best way is to use "online to get in line", not quite a reservation but close.

Got my haircut today by an Asian lady their . Told her half inch . She took off wayyyy more than an inch cut my curls off aswell . And fishbowled the top . Destroyed my hair !!!!! I didn't cause a scene in person I'm leaving this review and calling up their.

Definitely do not use Forrest. Absolute worst Haircut ive recieved in a while. Highly recommend choosing a different stylist. Poor attitude, not friendly and terrible haircut. Missed hairs, uneven side to side and clippers were dull pulling hairs on back of neck.

I realized how bad my haircut was when I got home. I don’t know how a professional shaves the side of my head this way, and only one side. I also have scratches on my neck, which doesn’t surprise me based on how rough it felt. I would go back for my money, but they may want to “fix it”, and I am not taking another chance.

So far the experience is nice; the styles seem friendly. Very clean. Self check in on their system. Feel safe. They have a time screen for who's next so that's pleasant.
