Disappointed that for $24 they get to mess up my son's hair. After only asking to take off 1 inch off the top and a regular fade with a 1 guard they manage to almost leave him hairless on top and can't even do a proper fade. Bald spots on the fade that I had to fix at home. Total rip off.

I am writing to express my extremedisappointment with the haircut my son received yesterday at this salon. After growing out his hair for a year, we went in for a simple trim, only to have the stylist give him a buzz cut all around the bottom. This is unacceptable and far from what we had requested. We are very sad and dissatisfied with the outcome. I expect a better service and attention to customer requests. The older Hispanic lady with glasses who cut his hair should not be in that position. We are truly disappointed!

Got my sons hair cut here a few weeks ago and it is really bad. Lines are crooked, hair is choppy and not at all blended, completely missed sections in the front and on the sides. Why is it so hard to find a good reasonably priced hair cut?

I had the worst haircut today , had to go to another Sports clip to fix it. First off she erased my appointment with my barber and told me to follow her. When I explained the cut I wanted she buzzed it all the way with a 1 on the bottom. No fade. Didn't even want to show me the back with the mirror. I forgot her name, older hispanic lady with glasses. I've never had an issue but she' shouldn't be stealing customers if she can't cut hair.

My son said he didn't want to go anywhere but here. He had long hair and was super nervous to get it cut. He was able to get a taper fade and still keep his long hair and he was absolutely happy. Veronica did an awesome job. Thank you

The place is a bit small but its clean. The latin ladies there make me feel so comfortable and will definitely come back to this location. I had my 1 year old daughter with me and it wasnt an issue. The nice lady who gave me my haircut was so motherly with my own kid. She gave me such a good haircut with such great detail i cannot imagine going to a different location. Will definitely tip big here from now on.

Unfortunately I can’t give 0 stars. This sports clips is the worst specially the lady name Farah she didn’t even let my son explain what hair cut he wanted so she decided what to do do with his hair it took my soon 1 year to grow out his hair for a specific hair cut and she messed it up in less then a second she and she proceeded to say well I decided what hair cut to give him since it seems he doesn’t know what he wants my soon was explaining to her how he needed the cut to go and she didn’t listen one of the other lady’s working there named Rochelle had to take over and fix the other lady’s mess up Farah also provided to text or call the manager and only explain what she felt like it we on her convenience since the manager wasn’t there to see what happened he or she took her side of the story and stated it was our fault when she decided to do whatever she wanted instead of what she was been told worst customer service from her part and the management is horrible also for siding with the employee when they weren’t there to actually see what happened but I will say the lady that saved the day with my sons hair should get a 5 star for taking on a responsibility of fixing his hair the best she could after Farah messed up
